As a Which Trusted Trader we have a highly skilled engineering Department that provides servicing and repairs for lots of different mobility products, at reasonable rates. Visited the store on Monday with my husband to look at mobility scooters. Had the pleasure to be served by Brian & Steph who were both extremely helpful. I did purchase a scooter & felt that ì had received the best advice possible. Brian especially appeared to be very knowledgeable & took great care to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase.

I had a stairlift fitted on Wednesday 6.4.2022 on the date I requested. The job was well reviewed and the engineer Paul Lowndes was obviously an expert and knew his job well. The time he took to fit it was as bpreviously stated, abot two and a half hours. Throuought the time he was fitting it, he was extremely courteous and alswered all my questions eagerly and in a patient manner. It was a pleasure to have such an efficient and polite engineer in the house. I would recommend anyone to use Ableworld for anything related to disablity. I have use them for years, and simply cannot fault them I have used the shop in Saltney, Queensferry for years, and have always experienced excellent courtesy from every member of staff .

Mr Chris Griffiths (the engineer) fixed the stair lift, replacing the battery. He did the work very professionally, even tested the stair lift before leaving. My father was very satisfied with his work.

We have purchased many times from Ableworld for my elderly mother, have always been treated with respect and have each individual item explained to us along with excellent advice. Today my mother had a stairlift fitted. The previous day the fitter called to measure up, giving excellent advice on what was available. We agreed on the stairlift we wanted to be told they could fit the lift the next day. The safety features were explained and my 93 year old mother was talked through what she needed to do, which is now giving her great independence. We were also told we had a two week cooling off period which we were confident after discussion that my mother was already happy.

I needed a stairlift as soon as possible after I came home from hospital. It was fitted sooner than expected. My daughter went to Ableworld for a quote and the quote was carried out on the day she went to the Ableworld store . The person that came out was really helpful and checked everything out and went out of his way to check out the area involved, nothing was too much trouble. The lads did a great job fitting it and I am very happy with my stairlift and the service received and I will recommend Ableworld to my friends.
