Really cannot recommend Absolute Mobility enough from beginning to end. Very respectful throughout & Andy the fitter was exceptionally professional & always cleaned up at the end of the day to allow mum to still be able to use the toilet & sink. Despite mum not thinking she needed a walk in shower at 92 she is very happy with the result

We decided, due to the deterioration of my husband's mobility, that it would be sensible to replace our redundant bath, with an accessible walk in shower before he actually needs to be seated in the shower. We chose Absolute Mobility, from 3 companies, to design and completely change the layout of the bathroom. Darren impressed us with his knowledge and commitment to doing what we wanted. Of those companies, AM were the only one that offered to do tiling instead of the acrylic panels, which we didn't want. The colours and designs are just not our style. Darren (and I) came up with the new layout, I chose the tiles and vanity unit, and work was scheduled for 6 weeks later. The work took 3 weeks. The whole room was gutted, pipework and electrics rearranged, and a beautiful shower room has been created, that we both really love. The workmanship of our fitters was excellent. Callum, Charlie and Trevor, (and electrician Lee who I didn't meet) worked well as a team, worked hard, and always cleaned up each day, and were a pleasure to have in our home. We decided on brickwork style tiling which they did beautifully. We 'Absolutely' love our new shower room and, with the grab rails (and seats to come) it will be the perfect solution to my husband's needs. Customer service was excellent too. Emily dealt with our queries and requests efficiently. Thanks very much to Darren and your team, we are delighted with our shower room, and would definitely recommend you.

We are completely delighted with our new bathroom. Out went the old bath, replaced by a walk in shower suitable for my wife who finds it difficult to walk. Absolute Mobility were a pleasure to deal with and were helpful at every step of the way. Jamie, who fitted the bathroom. was most pleasant and very accomplished professional We went with Absolute Mobility largely because they were "Which Recommended " and I totally endorse their status.

I am very impressed with the work carried out by Absolute Mobility. The initial survey took 2 hours, which was largely to understand the needs of my Dad, who was finding using a traditional shower in an enclosure increasingly difficult. This was followed by a process of tweaking the initial plan. All my questions and comments were taken into account prior to the survey. The actual installation of the wet room was fantastic, and the team was particularly thoughtful in allowing use of the bathroom during the installation despite the extra work involved. All in all, this is a great company and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We were looking to replace our old bathroom to make it easier for my wife to use due to her mobility issues. James came to us and designed a completely new layout to include new comfort height toilet, pedestal, heated towel rail, a walk in shower with low level tray and folding seat, wall boards, flooring and extractor fan. The quote received was not the cheapest but we were impressed with the way James listened to our needs and designed a layout to suit. After the site survey was completed, the work was scheduled and started around 8 weeks after initial visit. The work took 12 days to complete, the fitters (Andy and Callum) were very pleasant , did a good job and cleaned up after themselves each day. All the rubbish was cleaned up and cleared on the final day of installation. After the fitters had left we noticed a few issues, but these were quickly dealt with by the team who were very responsive and keen to get things right. I have to say that the final shower room is superb and has made our lives much easier.

I had a complete bathroom fitting, the bath and old shower removed and a walk-in shower fitted. I am very impressed with the service and work done by Absolute Mobility. From my initial enquiry, to completion of the fitting, everything was excellent. Jamie was my fitter and he has done an excellent job, he cleared up everything as he went and all the rubbish was taken away whilst he was here. The shower is much more suitable to my needs and I feel safer whilst showering. I would recommend this Company to anyone thinking of having their bathroom adapted.

Absolute Mobility were professional from the first phone enquiry to the last day of work and dealing with payments. Polite, thoughtful, prompt, knowledgeable, clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and the installers really knew their trade. I would highly recommend them.

Absolute Mobility were chosen as a family business and relatively local. The work was carried out on time and excellently by Will and Joe and included a flap down seat. We realised on first use that apart from the swivel bottle stand attached to the shower unit there was no other place for my disabled wife to locate other bottles she needed. I confess I hadn't thought of this requirement and the pre-visit surveyor had not brought up this issue. AB Supplied and fitted a corner wire basket (added cost) and now I'm very happy with the shower and the whole experience of showering without having to get into a bath first!

As of my disabilities, I decided a walk-in shower was necessary for me. On contacting Absolute Mobility I was given sound advice as to what was suitable for me. After all advice was taken on board I went for a complete new bathroom with relevant safety features, non slip flooring ,grab rails etc. The work has now been completed and I am over the moon with the result. Andy the fitter was a real pro and the finished job is an absolute credit to him. The final result shows work of the highest standard and all fittings the best of quality. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of having this sort of work done .

I had a complete replacement bathroom, with the bath being replaced by a walk-in shower, the washbasin and toilet being replaced as well as the walls and flooring. I was impressed with this company from my very first contact with James the designer right through to completion of the work. James the designer was patient with all my questions, explained things carefully and thoroughly and was reassuring as well as enthusiastic without being at all pushy. That meant a lot and was hugely influential in my choosing Absolute Mobility. The workmanship of the fitters, Erroll and Callum was outstanding.They were always punctual, courteous and helpful. They worked extremely hard and were clean and tidy workers. I cannot fault them. When it was found that the water pressure was too low for the shower to work efficiently, the company were humble enough to admit that this was not acceptable and promptly sent more workers to install a pump at no extra cost to me. I am very pleased with my new bathroom and would thoroughly recommend this company to others. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

The staff at Absolute Mobility provided a very efficient and friendly service. The designer took note of our specific needs and the friendly installers worked very efficiently leaving everything very clean and tidy each day. The rubbish was also collected without delay. I would recommend this company.

The review is following a walk-in shower installed for my mother-in-law aged 90 years young. The Absolute Mobility team provided a professional service throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the service and product provided.

I am writing on behalf of my Mother who is delighted with her new walk-in bath installation. From initial contact with Absolute Mobility until the installers finished ( leaving a clean and tidy bathroom!) we have been really impressed with the professional yet friendly and accommodating agents, from sales to installers. We were able to negotiate a price that was acceptable to both Absolute Mobility and my Mother's Budget and work was scheduled in for December, however the week before the installation was due to start I was contacted and Sarah asked if we would like the bath a week early!! We were so very pleased with the pre-installation survey and subsequent installation contractors who arrived bang on time every morning, were friendly, tidy and respectful to my Mother and actually finished a day ahead of the scheduled timings. We could not recommend Absolute Mobility highly enough to anyone considering them for a walk in bath installation - from start to finish a First Class Service

From initial contact to completion of the wet room this firm was excellent From the first visit which was very helpful and relaxed to arranging for the work to be done the overall completion and follow up inspection nothing was too much trouble The work is excellent and the price as agreed All round great job

The 2 guys came as promised on the Monday and got to work. Communication was great and we found them most efficient, tidy, and knowledgeable in all aspects of the conversion, and we were thrilled with the outcome. We had a problem with a leak in the original bathroom which they came back and fixed even though it wasn’t their fault. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to future customers.

After a spot of Web research, I decided to call Absolute Mobility to get a walk-in bath installed. From the initial call to the survey, to the installation, to the final installation QA inspection the people involved were polite and professional. The installation was carried out to a high standard. I would certainly recommend Absolute Mobility to anyone. It is expensive, but their prices are competitive to other companies.

When my Mum suffered a severe stroke there was so much sort out. I got quotes from many different mobility bathroom specialists to convert a small downstairs toilet into a wet room and the upstairs bathroom into a mobility friendly shower room. Aboslute Mobility stood out from the rest and I am so glad I chose them. Meeting Darren for the initial quote who listened to what I needed and also advised on what was ideal. There was no pushy sales technique and he really listened and came up with 2 really great bathroom ideas. Emily the customer care advisor is an absolute pleasure and so kind and helpful. Jamie the gentleman who did the work was amazing. He was polite, always on time, tidy, respectful of the property and the fact we have 3 skittish cats and nothing was too much trouble for him. He works so hard and has done a fantastic job. The final results of both the rooms exceeded my expectations and are beautifully done, installed and finished. I couldn't be more happier and mum is happy with the results too and looks forward to finally being able to enjoy a shower. I have no mobility issues myself but it is the best shower I have had in a very long time. They were not the cheapest quote I am not going to lie but you really get what you pay for and that shows in the quality of the work, the fantastic team and the products used e.g showers and toilets, flooring etc I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of getting a mobility bathroom done. Fantastic!!!

We are very pleased with our new wetroom bathroom. Darren originally visited and came up with a viable scheme which involved some structural work to extend our existing small downstairs toilet. Work started on the agreed date and Ben and Matt did a fantastic job which they completed on time. They took great care to minimise disruption and mess with screens to control the dust. The finished job is very impressive and of high quality. Emily, Carolina and team at the office were very efficient and always responsive to any points that arose. All told a very satisfying outcome.

There was excellent customer service from start to finish. From the initial visit the complete works were planned, which in my case included a good solution to create more space and simplify pipe work. It was great to have confidence that the work would be done according to the agreed timeframe. Errol and Callum duly arrived on the planned start date for the fitting. They used a dust extractor and masking tape to minimise dust in the rest of the property and tidied up at the end of the day. They took great pride in their work and consulted with me when necessary. They were a pleasure to have around. Everything was organised very well from the office by Emily and Sarah. I’m very happy with the finished bathroom, completed as planned. It was expensive but I now have a bathroom to be proud of. Many thanks to all those involved but especially to Errol and Callum.

Workman was very tidy, friendly & kept good time. He did an excellent job & l would thoroughly recommend his work. The company kept me informed at every stage. I am very pleased with the wet room.

Absolute Mobility have been fantastic to deal with. We had no stress because they dealt with everything so professionally. Material’s arrived in good condition and on time. The workmen were excellent tidy and clean. They worked hard each day and nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly use Absolute Mobility again for the main bathroom. Thank you to all concerned.
