Absolute Plumbing & Heating is a family run plumbing and heating business based in Crowborough, East Sussex, owned and operated by Daniel and Cristina. We specialise in domestic gas boilers, central heating systems, servicing, breakdowns and full replacements for homeowners across Crowborough, the Ashdown Forest area, Uckfield and the Tunbridge Wells region.
Daniel is a fully Gas Safe registered engineer with over 25 years of experience. Cristina works alongside Daniel on installations, servicing and diagnostics, so every job is handled by people who genuinely care about the quality of the work and the customer experience.
When you contact us, we discuss what you need, arrange a visit if required, provide a clear written quotation, and if you are happy to proceed we book the work in at a time that suits you. This simple process avoids surprises and keeps everything straightforward.

I've been using Absolute Plumbing for a couple of years now, and Daniel and Christina have been nothing but reliable, friendly and genuinely lovely to deal with. Their communication is excellent and they provided regular updates on arrival time. Last year, when we suddenly experienced an issue, they came out the same day, an incredibly fast response. It turned out a contractor had accidentally turned the gas off, and despite the call out and time spent, they were so kind and didn't even charge for the visit. They are a lovely couple who clearly care about their customers, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them.

Fantastic service out of hours

When our old boiler gave up on us Christina and Daniel came to our rescue and supplied and fitted a new one within a week. They gave us a five star service, efficient and extremely tidy, and you couldn't wish to meet two nicer people. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Another efficient and careful job from Daniel and Cristina. Today they were replacing a mixer tap in the kitchen which had developed an almost continuous drip. As usual, they were on time, did the job quickly and took care, on this occasion to remove items under the sink so that they were not damaged with water. They are always equipped with towels, blankets etc to catch any water that might escape. They are careful in your property, clean up and are cheerful and friendly. We have used them for nearly 5 years now and can thoroughly recommend them.

Daniel and Christina have fitted a new boiler, answered an emergency call for a leak on a pressurised hot water tank system, carried out subsequent repairs and installed a remotely controlled thermostat. The boiler has been working well for 2 months. They are helpful and considerate, lending us heaters while awaiting the new boiler installation. They arrived within 15 minutes of my emergency call. Their advice is clearly delivered and they are very pleasant to have in the home.

The Crowborough Wolfe Bowls Club had our water heater for our WC wash facilities fail completely. It had reached end of life after 19 years of service. Daniel and Cristina sourced a direct replacement for the unit and came to fit it and commission it for us. Their communication (for us via WhatsApp) is the best of any trader that I've come across, plus they are both really nice people. The work was done efficiently and tidily, so now we have our hot water back again. The price was very competitive as well, they did a very fair price and were honest about additional works that needed doing to bring the insatallation in line with current standards. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have known Dan and Christina for many years after they replaced our boiler and subsequently visited annually for the yearly check and maintenance. We were very grateful to them for coming out at short notice yesterday when the heating started to play up. Replaced the parts (pre their install) and left us with a fully functioning system again. They have a “can do” attitude and are efficient / professional. Also very friendly and trustworthy.

I have used Absolute Plumbing since 2023 when Daniel and Cristina installed a new boiler into my home. They are always reliable and professional. Yesterday my outside tap came apart and water was going skyward! I called absolute Plumbing who helped me locate my stopcock over the phone and advised I fill some jugs with drinking water to see me through to today. This afternoon my tap is all fixed and sporting new clips for extra support. Fast, efficient and just nice people. I always highly recommend them to friends.

Daniel and Cristina were so helpful and kind in squeezing me in for a new boiler fitting before Christmas so that I was able to host with hot water and heating! They have also previously come at short notice to help my elderly and disabled mother when she needed boiler help.
