Daniel and Cristina are a great team and have taken care of all our plumbing and heating for the last couple of years. They have done a fantastic job and I would thoroughly recommend them with great value for money!

I found Daniel and Christina very friendly and professional, they carried out a replacement of an existing boiler with a new boiler in the loft. The work was started and completed on schedule. Care was taken of my property with dust sheets etc being placed preventing damage. They were very thoughtful, as I had no heating of any sort, they provided me with electrical heaters to keep me warm until the replacement was started. I would highly recommend them.

Absolute Plumbing I contacted Saturday 11th April with my concerns that my boiler was making an alarm sound. They knew what it was immediately. Tuesday it was fixed. The team Daniel and Christina are extremely professional and put my mind at ease ! I would without any doubt recommend this company.

Strongly recommend this very professional, experienced and reliable family business. Very helpful & reassuring when urgent work needed. First met them some years back when they dealt with a serious gas leak in the home of an elderly relative. They did this professionally but also with kindness I’ll never forget. Just had a new boiler fitted but other jobs done over the years. Patient explanations, friendly, honest and trustworthy.

We've been using Absolute Plumbing & Heating for a couple of years now. Our boiler broke down at our home in King's Court, Crowborough, and they got to us really quickly we were so relieved as we had no heating or hot water. Daniel replaced the boiler and did a fantastic job. Everything was left clean and tidy, and he took the time to explain how it all worked. We've had them back every year since for the annual service, which gives us real peace of mind. Couldn't recommend Daniel and Cristina highly enough a brilliant local company you can really trust.

Daniel and Cristina came to fix our boiler, but unfortunately there were a couple of things wrong with it. Daniel showed me and my husband what the problem was in the boiler and explained our options. We could either get it fixed,which was quite costly or replace it with a new boiler. Daniel didn’t pressure us in the slightest, he just gave us the information and told us to have a think about it. As our boiler was already over 10 years old, we decided quite quickly that we would benefit in the long run by replacing it. This was on Tuesday… Daniel and Cristina had three boiler quotes to us within the hour, and with the help of Daniel’s expertise, we decided on one. Cristina then worked her magic and was able to fit us in three days later on the Friday. This was amazing as I’m not very good with no hot water or heating… And it was freezing! On the Friday, Daniel and Cristina turned up on the dot at 8am and we left them to it. When I came home from work at 3:30 pm, they had just finished tidying up and we were delighted to have our heating and hot water restored. It must have been a very tricky, long day for them because our boiler is in our loft! Communication throughout was 5⭐️ We would not hesitate for one second to recommend Absolute Plumbing & Heating. We trust them 100% and wouldn’t choose anyone else.

I've been using Absolute Plumbing for a couple of years now, and Daniel and Christina have been nothing but reliable, friendly and genuinely lovely to deal with. Their communication is excellent and they provided regular updates on arrival time. Last year, when we suddenly experienced an issue, they came out the same day, an incredibly fast response. It turned out a contractor had accidentally turned the gas off, and despite the call out and time spent, they were so kind and didn't even charge for the visit. They are a lovely couple who clearly care about their customers, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them.

When our old boiler gave up on us Christina and Daniel came to our rescue and supplied and fitted a new one within a week. They gave us a five star service, efficient and extremely tidy, and you couldn't wish to meet two nicer people. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Absolute installed our Worcester Bosch boiler 9 years ago and they have serviced it annually. Also done other plumbing jobs over the years and would certainly recommend them.

They’ve done many jobs around our house as we’ve renovated it over the years, including fitting a new boiler to adding, moving radiators, outside taps. I can’t recommend them enough.

Another efficient and careful job from Daniel and Cristina. Today they were replacing a mixer tap in the kitchen which had developed an almost continuous drip. As usual, they were on time, did the job quickly and took care, on this occasion to remove items under the sink so that they were not damaged with water. They are always equipped with towels, blankets etc to catch any water that might escape. They are careful in your property, clean up and are cheerful and friendly. We have used them for nearly 5 years now and can thoroughly recommend them.
