I highly recommend Andy and his team at AC Heating and plumbing. We recently underwent a full bathroom renovation and we could not be happier. I was impressed from the beginning with how they protected our home from as much mess as possible and how quickly they got the messier parts of the job done as we had some walls knocked through. They were on time and worked so hard everyday. Every trade was organised perfectly so there were no delays in the renovation. Each person that came to our home was polite, hard working and communicative. Andy came round multiple times after the completion to check any minor snags and to check we were happy. I couldn’t recommend this company more. Thank you Andy, Tom and everyone else for our amazing new bathroom!

In 2021 I used AC Heating and Plumbing to rip out the tired bathroom completely, and turn it into a wet room. Andy and his team did a brilliant job. Because I was out of the country much of the time, I gave them the keys to my flat, and let them get on with it. They catch me updated with all the work, taking pictures and sending videos of the progress. Everything was spot-on. When I bought a new flat in September last year, I was straight onto the phone to them again. This was a bigger job, ripping out a larger bathroom and turning it into a wet room again, and laying the groundwork for replacing the kitchen. This included installing the water and electrics, and knocking down a stud wall and ceiling area to free up more space. Again, Andy's team was fast and got the job done. This included ripping up the old bathroom floor, sealing the room, laying underfloor heating, installing floor and wall tiles, installing an extractor fan and outside vent, skimming the walls and ceiling, and installing loo, sink, tap shower etc. They also built an MDF storage cupboard. Very happy with all of it. They were a couple of minor snags, as there always are, but Andy was happy to come back in person and fix them as soon as he could. He stuck to his quote but we amended (both up and down) as our demands changed slightly, so all was great on the score. Will use again.

Andy, Tom and his team are exceptional. They took on a difficult bathroom project at our house, which involved ripping the old aged bathroom out, knocking a wall down, moving a hot water boiler and large water tank from the first floor into the attic plus installing a wet room / shower facility. They ran the project incredibly efficiently with exceptional communication, creativity, positivity and a definite 'this can be done' approach. Nothing was too much for the team. The attention to detail is superb, their courtesy, politeness, cleaning up, and approach to the whole job has been really amazing. They completed the job within the timeline projected and worked hard (and smartly) to give us exactly what we wanted. They aren't the cheapest, but certainly the best trades we've ever had in our house (which is undergoing a whole renovation). I'd wholeheartedly recommend AC Heating and Plumbing whom have brought not only a new bathroom to our house, but an ever-lasting quality room which will have a massive positive impact on our daily lives...and plenty of happiness to go with it :)

Splendid, very hard-working engineers that refurbished our two bathrooms within a reasonable timeframe whilst simultaneously overcoming external challenges beyond their control. The team completed all tiling, electrical re-wiring and plastering, in addition to the plumbing, to an excellent standard. Leaving the site spotless each night. Not the cheapest we interviewed, but, thankfully, we think we chose the best. Highly recommend. Thank you, Andy, and your team, especially Tom.

Having researched heating engineers for the Greenwich area, we came upon A.C. Heating and Plumbing as a recommended Which Trader. From the very first phone call to Andy Carding we found his response to be not only quick, but friendly and helpful. After sending some pictures of the heating pipe leak issue, we were able to agree a date in the same week for A.C. Heating to come in and fix the problem. On the day agreed, one of their heating engineers ( Daniel) arrived early morning and got on with the job straight away. Having identified the issue and after arranging parts, the job was completed within 2.5 hours (within the estimated time we were given). The heating engineer was friendly, polite, professional and did a great job. The administration side of the business was also efficient and clear, with a copy of the job sheet being received for checking before any invoice raised. We would certainly use them again and recommend them.

I have have used a AC to completely revamp my bathroom, ripping out the old one and putting in the new one. They also prepared the electrics and plumbing for my new kitchen, and did the plumbing and electricity to install a washing machine in an inaccessible hallway cupboard. Boss Andy he's full of energy and ideas – he loved thinking ways round tricky problems, and his solutions worked in my experience. Andy is busy, and works and thinks fast, which suits me. Especially since the quality stands up. He has a lot of work on, but did his best to fit me in (I had tight timetables). He also sorted out snagging problems (very minor) with no quibble and delay, and ALWAYS draws up and emails an invoice first. All of his workmen were skilled and charming, and happily did a few little extras (eg, rewiring a ceiling lamp). The price seemed fine to me, I can't compare him with others. Would recommend. In this covid time it is difficult to get a service. To be safe we’ve not used the fire for 12 months as we couldn’t get anyone to do it. Simon, came on time, wore a mask and was polite throughout. Work was carried out quickly and no mess made. So pleased that we can finally sit in front of the fire on this cold January night. Thank you ACS and Simon. 😀

We recently moved into a 1st floor Victorian maisonette flat with one large, unusual shaped bathroom within the loft conversion. Andy and his team helped us completely renovate the room - splitting the large bathroom into 2 new rooms (one an en-suite bathroom, and a wetroom shower room), both with a large level of bespoke customisation. The quality of the work was excellent and Andy was very responsive and clear throughout the process, answering all of our many questions promptly. He was also flexible around the changes that we made as the project progressed. From the first initial viewing of the room, he gave us loads of excellent ideas on how to best use the space we had. The overall cost was slightly more than the original quote and the work took longer than originally planned, though this was largely due to additional complexity and bespoke elements we wanted. Andy and his team always turned up on time, were very friendly (despite having to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs!) and we felt very comfortable having them in the house. Also the tilers and decorators were excellent - we actually ended up taking the decorators number for future jobs. The workspace was always left in a tidy state after each day of work, but we did need to do a deep clean at the end of the project. Would 100% recommend Andy and his team and will use them for any plumbing / boiler work in the future.

A visit within a week of contacting AC Plumbing, a quote received a couple of days later, and the work was booked in within the month. Super service. Andy understood exactly what I wanted in terms of my replacement radiators, and was very helpful when taking me through the options. The plumber who actually fitted my rads (Dan) was incredibly hard working, and cleaned up all the mess made (floorboards had to be cut so there was a lot of sawdust). I felt very happy leaving Dan to finish and let himself out when I had to leave the house for an appointment. Top rate company, top rate staff and top rate job. Can’t recommend highly enough.

They installed a new boiler into a new position. They carried out all the work perfectly even when faced with several problems all of which were overcome with ease by them, even a burst radiator. They could not have done anything better and I would recommend to everyone for their can-do friendly attitude. We will use them again as the first choice for any gas or associated problems.
