I have had work done before by AC Heating and Plumbing Solutions - small jobs, but always lovely people and great work. I have just had my downstairs cloakroom completely refurbished by Andy's team and am beyond excited by the wonderful work they have done. From scoping through to completion, Andy has been super helpful and responsive - I was quite nervous after a previous bad experience with a different plumber on our main bathroom and he put my mind at ease. What I loved was that he used an expert for each aspect of the work - a plumber for the plumbing, tiler for the tiling, carpenter for the carpentry and a professional decorator. Each of them was lovely to have in the house and did exceptionally professional work. I highly recommend Andy and his team.

We needed a complete bathroom renovation, including replacing all wall and floor tiles, as well new bathroom suite. I contacted Andy at AC Heating and Plumbing for a quote, who responded immediately and professionally. He arrived on time to look at our bathroom and asked all the relevant questions. He provided a competitive quote, with a complete breakdown of both the materials and work required, which was really appreciated. From day one, Andy, Tom and the rest of his team, arrived on time and worked hard every day, whilst also protecting our home from as much mess as possible. They managed to keep our toilet working throughout the renovation, which we were so grateful for. Andy organised every trade extremely well, making sure they were all booked in and arrived on time. Andy came round after each trade had completed their work, to check the work had been completed correctly and to check we were happy. It was like a well-oiled machine. Each person that came to our home was polite and hardworking, especially the Tiler, who I could not fault. I was impressed from the beginning with how they protected our home from as much mess as possible and how quickly they got the messier parts of the job done as we had some walls knocked through. They were on time and worked so hard everyday. Every trade was organised perfectly so there were no delays in the renovation. Each person that came to our home was polite, hard working and communicative. Andy came round multiple times after the completion to check any minor snags and to check we were happy. In 2021 I used AC Heating and Plumbing to rip out the tired bathroom completely, and turn it into a wet room. Andy and his team did a brilliant job. Because I was out of the country much of the time, I gave them the keys to my flat, and let them get on with it. They catch me updated with all the work, taking pictures and sending videos of the progress. Everything was spot-on. When I bought a new flat in September last year, I was straight onto the phone to them again. This was a bigger job, ripping out a larger bathroom and turning it into a wet room again, and laying the groundwork for replacing the kitchen. This included installing the water and electrics, and knocking down a stud wall and ceiling area to free up more space. Again, Andy's team was fast and got the job done. This included ripping up the old bathroom floor, sealing the room, laying underfloor heating, installing floor and wall tiles, installing an extractor fan and outside vent, skimming the walls and ceiling, and installing loo, sink, tap shower etc. They also built an MDF storage cupboard. Very happy with all of it. They were a couple of minor snags, as there always are, but Andy was happy to come back in person and fix them as soon as he could. He stuck to his quote but we amended (both up and down) as our demands changed slightly, so all was great on the score. Will use again.

Andy, Tom and his team are exceptional. They took on a difficult bathroom project at our house, which involved ripping the old aged bathroom out, knocking a wall down, moving a hot water boiler and large water tank from the first floor into the attic plus installing a wet room / shower facility. They ran the project incredibly efficiently with exceptional communication, creativity, positivity and a definite 'this can be done' approach. Nothing was too much for the team. The attention to detail is superb, their courtesy, politeness, cleaning up, and approach to the whole job has been really amazing. They completed the job within the timeline projected and worked hard (and smartly) to give us exactly what we wanted. They aren't the cheapest, but certainly the best trades we've ever had in our house (which is undergoing a whole renovation). I'd wholeheartedly recommend AC Heating and Plumbing whom have brought not only a new bathroom to our house, but an ever-lasting quality room which will have a massive positive impact on our daily lives...and plenty of happiness to go with it :)

Splendid, very hard-working engineers that refurbished our two bathrooms within a reasonable timeframe whilst simultaneously overcoming external challenges beyond their control. The team completed all tiling, electrical re-wiring and plastering, in addition to the plumbing, to an excellent standard. Leaving the site spotless each night. Not the cheapest we interviewed, but, thankfully, we think we chose the best. Highly recommend. Thank you, Andy, and your team, especially Tom.

Having researched heating engineers for the Greenwich area, we came upon A.C. Heating and Plumbing as a recommended Which Trader. From the very first phone call to Andy Carding we found his response to be not only quick, but friendly and helpful. After sending some pictures of the heating pipe leak issue, we were able to agree a date in the same week for A.C. Heating to come in and fix the problem. On the day agreed, one of their heating engineers ( Daniel) arrived early morning and got on with the job straight away. Having identified the issue and after arranging parts, the job was completed within 2.5 hours (within the estimated time we were given). The heating engineer was friendly, polite, professional and did a great job. The administration side of the business was also efficient and clear, with a copy of the job sheet being received for checking before any invoice raised. We would certainly use them again and recommend them.

I have have used a AC to completely revamp my bathroom, ripping out the old one and putting in the new one. They also prepared the electrics and plumbing for my new kitchen, and did the plumbing and electricity to install a washing machine in an inaccessible hallway cupboard. Boss Andy he's full of energy and ideas – he loved thinking ways round tricky problems, and his solutions worked in my experience. Andy is busy, and works and thinks fast, which suits me. Especially since the quality stands up. He has a lot of work on, but did his best to fit me in (I had tight timetables). He also sorted out snagging problems (very minor) with no quibble and delay, and ALWAYS draws up and emails an invoice first. All of his workmen were skilled and charming, and happily did a few little extras (eg, rewiring a ceiling lamp). The price seemed fine to me, I can't compare him with others. Would recommend. In this covid time it is difficult to get a service. To be safe we’ve not used the fire for 12 months as we couldn’t get anyone to do it. Simon, came on time, wore a mask and was polite throughout. Work was carried out quickly and no mess made. So pleased that we can finally sit in front of the fire on this cold January night. Thank you ACS and Simon. 😀

We recently moved into a 1st floor Victorian maisonette flat with one large, unusual shaped bathroom within the loft conversion. Andy and his team helped us completely renovate the room - splitting the large bathroom into 2 new rooms (one an en-suite bathroom, and a wetroom shower room), both with a large level of bespoke customisation. The quality of the work was excellent and Andy was very responsive and clear throughout the process, answering all of our many questions promptly. He was also flexible around the changes that we made as the project progressed. From the first initial viewing of the room, he gave us loads of excellent ideas on how to best use the space we had. The overall cost was slightly more than the original quote and the work took longer than originally planned, though this was largely due to additional complexity and bespoke elements we wanted. Andy and his team always turned up on time, were very friendly (despite having to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs!) and we felt very comfortable having them in the house. Also the tilers and decorators were excellent - we actually ended up taking the decorators number for future jobs. The workspace was always left in a tidy state after each day of work, but we did need to do a deep clean at the end of the project. Would 100% recommend Andy and his team and will use them for any plumbing / boiler work in the future.

A visit within a week of contacting AC Plumbing, a quote received a couple of days later, and the work was booked in within the month. Super service. Andy understood exactly what I wanted in terms of my replacement radiators, and was very helpful when taking me through the options. The plumber who actually fitted my rads (Dan) was incredibly hard working, and cleaned up all the mess made (floorboards had to be cut so there was a lot of sawdust). I felt very happy leaving Dan to finish and let himself out when I had to leave the house for an appointment. Top rate company, top rate staff and top rate job. Can’t recommend highly enough.

They installed a new boiler into a new position. They carried out all the work perfectly even when faced with several problems all of which were overcome with ease by them, even a burst radiator. They could not have done anything better and I would recommend to everyone for their can-do friendly attitude. We will use them again as the first choice for any gas or associated problems.

Andy's team removed and reinstalled a new boiler in my flat. They did a very thorough job and were very professional and friendly. After almost 1.5 months without a hot shower suffice to say we are VERY happy ! Will absolutely recommend and will look to employ them again in the future for any plumbing needs.

Andy and his excellent team have rescued me twice in the last month - first with a faulty gas fire and today with water pouring through the ceiling. Both times they have come as an emergency and resolved my problems efficiently and considerately. They are a fantastic company and I have absolutely no reservations in recommending them. I am definitely doing to use them again - the level of service and expertise is second to none.

Our boiler packed in just as lockdown was upon us. Andy gave us thorough advice backed up by detailed paperwork for his quote. Tom arrived completely covered in protective wear and replaced our boiler within a day. Andy also came to back up what was an excellent service. At that particular time, we were very anxious about the lockdown and what was expected of us and the AC team were very reassuring, having no trouble in sourcing what was required. It had been a very cold spell and we were very pleased to have our new boiler working.

Andy and his team completely refurbished my bathroom and kitchen at different points in the past year - and in both cases, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, punctuality and quality of work. Andy was full of brilliant ideas at planning stage for both projects, and was very responsive to all my annoying questions throughout the process. Him and his team also rectified a lot of dodgy pipework that hadn't been noticed so that was a relief! Both rooms have been completely transformed, and the level of finish is really high. Would definitely use AC plumbing again in the future, and couldn't recommend enough!

Andy organised a complete bathroom refit for me - everything from removing and disposing of the old suite and tiles, to replacing the rotten subfloor, reboarding the walls, plastering, tiling, plumbing and decorating (not to mention new lighting and extractor fan). At the quote stage, Andy gave helpful advice but was absolutely flexible and respected our choices. His guys were friendly, turned up on time, were quiet and self-contained, and their attention to detail is superb. From the outset we knew who was booked in when, and when the project was scheduled to finish. When things changed (mostly when a catch-up day wasn't needed), Andy kept us informed, and the whole job was finished ahead of schedule *including* some extra electrical work and a boiler service. It's top quality work and we love the I really can't rate this team highly enough - they're the best in the business.

I'm very impressed with Andy and his team. Andy diagnosed the source of my bath leak and sent a quote for the work promptly. A lovely guy called Daniel did a great job. He replaced the bath taps, the mastix on the bath glass pane and some of the grout in my tiles. The invoice matched the quoted price. I found Andy to be trustworthy, reliable (turns up on time) and fixes what he considers necessary. I'm going to be hiring Andy and his team again to complete a bathroom refurb later this year.

It was time to replace my existing set up of tank, cylinder, boiler and radiators with a much more efficient Viessmann combination boiler and I was recommended AC Plumbing & Heating through word of mouth. Great experience from start to finish with a clear and detailed quote and the work all happening when it was scheduled to. The upgrade was complicated by crumbling plasterwork but that was all dealt with and hassle-free. And with the old system disposed of and no rubbish left, peace of mind and a wonderful warm home after only a few days. Thank you to Andy and team.

Getting a new boiler installed via AC Plumbing and Heating Solutions I was able to secure the 10 year manufacture warranty instead of 5 years I was quoted by the so called big house hold energy company “British Gas”. I can’t fault the work Andy + team has done. When it was noticed that the water tank in the attic was still connected to the system and this would not be ideal with the new boiler, Andy gave me sound advice (no BS) what needed to be done. Once the boiler system was installed and tested to be working the after sales services was second to none. Highly recommend proper tradesman that know what they are doing

Andy and his team fitted a new kitchen and bathroom in our property which is a 1970's ex local authority flat. The existing fittings had not been touched since the flat was built and therefore this was a pretty big job. The team were, professional, friendly, hard working and respectful. They rose to the challenge beautifully and we are delighted with the results. The transformation is unbelievable. Throughout the work, mess was kept to a minimum and was tidied at the end of each day. Rubbish was taken away promptly. The tiler and fitter that Andy uses are excellent- their work is of a very high standard. The same goes for the plasterer and electrician. Andy co-ordinated the work well and took us changing our mind about things in his stride. I would heartily recommend this company. We have previously used them for minor plumbing issues and have been equally pleased with the prompt and hassle-free service on these occasions.

I have been thoroughly impressed by the work carried out by AC plumbing and wholeheartedly recommend their services. I was actually recommended to use them by a friend who recently had a brand new heating system installed. Being fully certified Viessman installers, by going through AC i was able to secure the full-fat 10 year warranty. After an informative phone call, I submitted some pictures via whatsapp (which is far more convenient than a call out) and work was started within a few days. Their work inside the house was efficient, considerate and most importantly - excellent quality!

Andy turned up on time, clearly knew what he was doing and his work is of high standard and excellent quality. He's doing his outmost to get everything spot-on and perfect. He serviced my boiler, changed a leaking radiator valve and connected my cooker to the gas. The effort he devoted to get the range cooker 100% level and up to the required height in comparison to the worktop was amazing. Above all he's a lovely and courteous person. I'd recommend him to anybody and would book him again any time. In fact I've already asked him if he'd come back to service my boiler next year.
