Andy and his team renovated our bathroom: stripped everything to the bare bones, new sanitary ware, floor to ceiling tiling, the works. His team worked seamlessly, and each job was completed with amazing attention to detail (special shout-out to Marius the tiler for expertly hand-cutting the stone tiles and doing such a faultless job). Andy was great at keeping us informed throughout, providing daily updates (and texts with photos while we were on holiday). The quote and invoice was very helpfully itemised to account for every detail. Everyone was professional, courteous and prompt. The result: marvellous. Highly recommended.

AC fully serviced my 10yr old boiler, replacing parts that were knackered and pretty much took the boiler apart cleaned it down and put it back together again ensuring it was working properly and efficiently. Andy from AC Plumbing was able to diagnose and fix the problem that was stopping our underfloor heating form working. Despite a non-standard installation, Andy was able to figure out how it all worked, and tackled the diagnostic task systematically, starting with smaller issues that required addressing (blocked flow valves) and finally arriving at the key issue (Grunfoss pump would not turn over). Having replaced the pump and got the system going, Andy was able to confirm the integrity of the underfloor heating pipes with an infra-red imaging device. We would recommend Andy for his knowledge, skill and professionalism.

We asked AC Plumbing to service our boiler, replace its wireless thermostat controller and fix a leaking wc cistern. Can't fault the service: from initial and subsequent email/s, promptly answered, to the work itself. I was given a 3-hour slot for the job and - as requested - they texted when the engineer was on his way so I could get back from work. Everything was completed in an afternoon, including sourcing and collecting parts for both jobs, neatly installing the new thermostat box in the place of the old one (no re-painting required) and fixing the toilet. AC plumbing and Heating Solutions did a modernisation of our bathroom: original bath tub, back wall tiling, and most of the side wall tiling was left intact, but they redid the floor (tiling), sink and vanity, led mirror, shower enclosure, feature wall, ceiling, extractor fan (including rewiring and adding separate switches). Afterwards, it looked seamless and as if the entire bathroom had been redone. Our flat is in a Victorian refurbed building, where various DIY has been done in the past. Andy did a very thorough survey and compiled a comprehensive and accurate quote, and was very helpful with any questions we had. Much credit goes to AC and their team for dealing extremely well with unearthed surprises that came with a building like ours (e.g. old shower had been leaking and floor boards beneath had rotted through, so needed repair; odd bumps in copper piping needed redoing), while limiting the impact on the final price. We had bought our units ourselves, and the when the instructions to the shower enclosure proved insufficient to complete the install, Andy was very patient while I sourced additional instructions (took the supplier 3 weeks!), and didn't press us at all. If not for the shower enclosure, the whole thing would have been completed in under 2 weeks. All members of the team were very precise and tidy, and left the site as neat as possible (you can't hide from plaster dust) every evening. Strongly recommend!

I recently had my ensuite shower room completely renovated by Andy and his team. What a fantastic job they did. Whilst the work did take a little longer than originally anticipated, I did expected as much. Communication through out the job was brilliant. I'm more than happy with the final result. A great job all round, with quality workmanship. Installation of a new combi boiler, smart heating system, replacement of old lead water mains piping, replacement of raditators throughout, and creation and installation of a brand new understairs toilet including all gas works (gas meter needed to be moved), electrics works (fuse box needed to be upgraded and moved) building, plumbing, tiling, joinery works. After moving into an old Victorian terrace that needs some TLC, Andy came round and gave some great advice and a sensible quotation for works. From quotation stage through to project completion I can’t fault Andy, the whole project was very smooth from start to finish. This was inspite of finding issues though the project - as you’d expect in a Victorian house. Andy coordinated all necessary trades, from builders to channel through concrete floors, plumbers to lay all necessary pipe works, rubbish disposal, electrician to move and upgrade the fuse box, tilers, Joiners, all completed on the timescales predicted. No material changes in the pricing from the original quote - which was good. I added scope through the project which Andy dealt with pragmatically and was able to get the extra scope of works completed. I’d recommended this firm, and I will have no qualms in calling on Andy again for future works.

Andy created a downstairs shower room and WC in a small alcove. From the very first visit he gave us confidence and provided a detailed written estimate. The work included plumbing, tiling, electrics and plastering. He has a team of outstanding tradesmen who did a superb job and were pleasant to have in the house. Communication was good and any problems during the construction were quickly solved. Andy personally does the final cleaning and masticing to produce a high standard of finish. Reliable, efficient, friendly, and professional. Not the cheapest, but you will not get a better job. Great service; highly recommended.

We had a problem with a valve on our pressurised hot water tank letting by. The job was quite small, replacing this valve, but I was impressed by Andy's quick reply to my job request and scheduling one of his team at a time that suited us. I found the plumber he sent to be excellent, happy to go the extra mile to ensure I was happy. He checked the meter and ensured no further leak once the valve was replaced. Andy was happy to provide a report for me to show to Thames Water, which he provided very quickly. Although a small job, I would be very happy to recommend Andy and his team, and would certainly contact them again for any future work.

Above all, Andy and his team will find a solution to any problem in a complex installation, and always tackled each day with efficiency and good humour. No issue is too much trouble for Andy. It was most reassuring to know that Andy would not forget any small detail and dealt with my tenants with courtesy and patience, I can highly recommend him. He would always keep in touch when contacted. The team were most efficient and cleaned up as they worked. This company knows how to give a Rolls Royce service.

I got Andy and the team to put in a new boiler, flush the system and put in a new radiator. The job was really well done, they also resolved an unexpected issue and moved some other jobs around to deal with it. I can't recommend Andy and the team highly enough.

Andy and his team, including Tom who lead the install of our new boiler did a fantastic job. Excellent customer service. Andy came promptly to review the job (a bathroom refit) and advised me on sources. The boiler went on the blink at about this time and Andy and his team got that quickly sorted. When it was time for the bathroom work, it mostly went smoothly and even the things that didn't Andy had predicted, so there were no nasty surprises. Andy did the most thorough condensing boiler service I have ever seen. He took everything apart, cleaned and replaced parts when needed and did not cut a single corner. In fact he found a couple of small issues that were neglected by the previous installers/servicers. I really recommend him for boiler servicing.

Andy and his team had a difficult job of replacing our very old and badly fitted bathroom but they were up for the challenge and he has transformed the space! Andy was responsive, professional and understanding of our needs throughout. He and his team fitted the bath & sink to a high standard including sorting out some of the old pipe work behind the toilet. The tiling was also perfect and advice was proved throughout on what would look best with the space we had. The flat was always tidied up at the end of then day which we really appreciated and the rubbish was taken away in a timely manner. We used Andy and his team to strip out and replace our upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet (including re-tiling). He did a great job and the work has a very professional finish. I used Andy and his team to remove an old toilet, replace it with a new one in a different location, install a basin and associated plumbing, and lay floor tiles in a small room in my house. They were very professional and prompt, and they did exactly what they said they would quickly and tidily. The result works well and looks good. Their quote wasn't the lowest I received but I liked how responsive Andy was, how well he listened to my requirements, and the transparency of his quote - I felt confident in him and he didn't disappoint.
