The trader was a quarter of an hour outside of the allotted time to arrive but he quickly got to work. He fixed an issue with the boiler using too much gas and the service was complete in about 15 mins. He diagnosed a leak and reassured me that this could be fixed with leak seal. He was professional and inspired confidence.

We have been using this local company for five years now, and had to have a new boiler installed four years ago. They are a very trustworthy and professional company, and have looked after our boiler ever since. I have recommended them to others, but they haven't responded so I don't understand! Apart from that, they are good with us, apart from some times being very slow to respond to my calls.
