Academy Heating fitted a new boiler on 3rd April. They are easy to communicate with, by email and phone, and they turn up as planned and do exactly what they say they will do. The work is done carefully and it is clear that they are experts in what they do. John and his team are friendly and tidy workers. Clare is equally helpful and friendly with the office side. The new boiler has been working without a hitch for several weeks now. There was a minor issue early on with an air-lock in the pipework leading to one of the radiators, and they came back and fixed it (for me, coming back to fix teething problems is the best sign of all). I will be using them in the future for my boiler servicing. I am very glad to have found them, and I thoroughly recommend them to others.

My elderly mother called during the extremely busy 'Beast from the East' period. Clare's remote support (pending fixing a time the engineer could visit) was superb, even with my mum's layman description of the issue, Clare correctly diagnosed the problem and sent a handy you tube link to allow us to 'self help' as the first measure. She also promptly and patiently responded messages and calls. Her advice was spot on and she got us back and running. Once the rush is over, we will definitely be getting some maintenance work done by this genuinely helpful company. Thanks a lot

Major problem when a Gas Water Heater exploded in my in-laws kitchen leaving them without gas and hot water, no cooker and a gas leak was also detected. Several traders came, promised quotes then never to be heard from again. On the Friday, after sending many emails to traders, I received a call from Academy that they could visit the property that afternoon. They came as arranged, evaluated the situation quickly, quoted on the Monday morning and completed the job to a very high satisfaction level next day on the Tuesday. New Water Heater installed, old gas pipes disconnected and new piping installed. Minimal disruption was caused to my in-laws who are both disabled. Would fully recommend.
