Johns initial visit was thorough and comprehensive, he was friendly but business like and talked us through what ideally was needed and why. It didn’t feel like a sales interaction and we both felt comfortable with his explanation and reassured by his knowledge and suggestions. We had three quotations for the insulation work found Johns to be the most professional and understandable. Although not the the cheapest we chose Johns as we both felt what was being offered met our requirements and we trusted him. The work was scheduled for the 23 July at 09.00. Confirmation texts where received the day before and the installers arrived on time and set about their work, they clearly had been briefed on what was to be done, dust sheets where laid and the work was started. They worked quickly and quietly and sent us what’s app photos of their progress. The work was finished to a high standard and to our satisfaction. We had arranged for John to return and confirm the installation was completed to his satisfaction based on our requirements, this was done and payment made. Great service from the very first contact to the completion of the work. Very good communication throughout which gave me great confidence. On the day of the job the fitter came early and completed the work in a couple of hours. He was polite, friendly and very experienced. He carried out the job with no fuss or bother.
