First communication with Josh was quick and easy and the loft assessment was informative and clear. The two lads who came to do the installation were prompt, polite and hard working and carried out the work with minimum disruption to us. They never stopped all day. The finished job was as good as we had hoped for and we will have no hesitation in recommending this company to family and friends.

Arrived at the time stated. Did an excellent job and we are so pleased with the work the 2 lads carried out. Everything cleared away and cleaned up. From getting in touch the firm replied fast, got me booked in and a week later I was booked in. All neat and tidy and took away all rubbish and even cleaned up after themselves. Great communication from enquiry to installation with a really good lead time for installation. The fitter Dan contacted me on the day of installation to inform me he was on his way and what time he was due to arrive. The work was carried out to a very good standard and in excellent time. I like a business who come on time and complete the work in the timescale given as this makes it easy to organise around work commitments. Thank you for the great job the loft looks great now with the shelves.

I had already checked out the reviews for Access4lofts and after seeing such positive comments I decided to get a quote. Punctual arrival and within 15 mins the viewing was done. Quote received and appointment made within 2 weeks for work to be done. Friendly workmen attended on both days. Mine was an extremely dusty job, worst they had seen in a while but they tidied up and hoovered at the end of both days. Work completed - loft boarded, new insulated hatch door and a breathable membrane attached to the apex roof. I also paid for the emptying and removal of rubbish from the loft - very happy with everything.

Right from the start communication from the office was quick and informative. The lads turned up on time and just cracked on with the job. We had a new new loft hatch and ladder installed and could not be more pleased with the result. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We contacted Access4Lofts three months prior to our installation date, scheduling for 14th June to ensure we had saved enough for the service. The team was fantastic and helpful throughout, providing timely and informative updates via email and text. The crew arrived as scheduled at 8:00 AM on the 14th and were incredibly courteous. They immediately laid down dust sheets from the loft access point, down the stairs, and out to the front door before bringing in any equipment. They were also more than happy to answer any questions and explain the installation process, which I found very reassuring. It made us feel comfortable and confident in their work - equally I hope it made them feel comfortable to. The team worked for about 5hours, and when they left, it was as if they had never been here. Our house, which we take great pride in, was left spotless, and the loft work was superb. We now have a fully functional and sturdy loft space. I can confidently recommend Access4Lofts (Blackpool). They provided an incredible service with a great team and an outstanding product, all at a price that was surprisingly reasonable.

I would like to thank BN Lofts for recent access to my loft works . The two tradesmen arrived at my property on time for the two days the works took to complete. I found both tradesmen courteous , clean, tidy. The works were carried out satisfactorily in less time than expected , even taken the time to show how to operate the opening mechanism once completed. Very pleased with the whole process .👍

We had a new loft hatch, ladders and floor laid and could not recommend this business highly enough. All communication was dealt with promptly and courteously and this extended to the workmen who arrived on time and carried out their work with the minimum of fuss in a professional and respectful manner even cleaning up afterwards despite them returning to complete the next day.

Had a loft hatch re fitted to make it wider and an aluminium ladder and light also fitted. The lads rang me early to see if they could come earlier which suited me, they were polite professionally turned out, they did a great job very clean during the process and finally explained how the ladders worked Really pleased with the whole job including price very competitive

We have an Edwardian house in which the loft had been boxed into a room (probably in the mid 20th century). We never used the room and the existing loft insulation was ineffective (what there was of it). We asked Access4Lofts if they could remove the room (walls, flooring etc) and the ineffective insulation and then install 400mm of new insulation throughout. We received a pre-visit to assess the job and quote a price (which was very competitive). Once the job started, the two workers arrived on time both days and did exactly what was required. They were professional in how they treated the house (for example dust sheets on carpets etc) and despite removing a great deal of old wood and insulation, they were careful in how they carried it, taking care not to damage any part of the house. At the end of the job they cleaned up meticulously and then showed us the new insulation (which had been installed perfectly). Payment was requested once the job had been completed, with no upfront costs or changes to the quoted amount. We would absolutely recommend Access4Lofts to anyone looking to have work done.

Wow, what a service, they arrived at the specified time they said they would. Immediately set to work putting down the dust sheets, then proceeded to fit a loft hatch, loft ladder and boarded out the designated loft area. All the work listed above was carried out efficiently and professionally and all minor debris cleaned up and disposed of in less than two hours from start to finish. I would certainly highly recommend them to any of my friends looking to have the same type of work on their property.
