Had part of my loft boarded out, from attending my home to quote for the job to cleaning up at the end, they performed a professional job, loft looks great and the 2 lads who did the boarding out made sure I understood how to access the ladder. Would highly recommend them

Have been meaning to get the loft boarded and replaces the ladder for a while, my daughter had work from this company and spoke highly of the service, so following an acceptable quote I also purchased from them. The initial quoting process was done in my convenience and provided in less than an hour after the visit. The fitters turned up on time as arranged, used dust sheets and left the loft clean and tidy. following the install it turned out that the space was a little smaller than measured (due to the way the crossbeams are in the loft) and without my asking an amended quote was sent for a reduced amount as a result. for some reason I have issue with making payment through my banking app (Chase) and when I contacted them they were able to send me a direct link to make payment, very happy overall and would recommend this company.

Excellent level of customer service throughout. From the initial loft inspection to the re boarding and insulation of the loft space Josh and the attending team worked hard to ensure that the work was done to specification and within the specified time. Dust sheets were laid prior to the work commencing and the area left clean and tidy on completion. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Access4Lofts arrived on 11th November to board and insulate the loft in our house. They arrived promptly at 8am (as arranged) and did a fantastic job. Old rubbish was taken away (as previously arranged) and the loft and surrounding areas was left spick and span, very tidy indeed. The guys never stopped work from the moment they arrived until they left. A great team and just wish other tradesman were are reliable.

We had a loft installed by Access4lofts and we were very impressed with the service. From the initial phone call requesting a quote to the installation and after care. The fitter turned up promptly and started work straight away. He was very efficient and cleaned up after himself. We had the loft cover extended too and the job was excellent. Josh (Acess4Lofts) arrived to look at my damaged existing loft ladder. He advised me that it was an easy repair job and proceeded to fix my ladder in five minutes. When I asked how much did I owe him, he said because it only took him 5 minutes to rectify the problem it was free. Such generous assistance is very rare and if ever need to replace my loft ladder I wouldn’t hesitate to use this reliable company.

We had a loft ladder installed. The job was explained fully beforehand and the price quoted. Josh arrived exactly on the date agreed and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We had a loft hatch ladder and some flooring installed. The work was carried out very efficiently with all the rubbish etc cleaned up after. The hatch is neat and tidy, not an easy job as it was a blind cut. The team were polite and pleasant and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting this service. We are completely happy with the job and glad we chose this company to do the work.

I contacted Access4Lofts for a quote to have my loft boarded and upgraded lighting (only had a single bulb) Whilst I made my initial request via email Josh was prompt in giving me a call. We spoke about my requirements, booked an appointment to come round so he could give an accurate quote, I was happy with both the cost and josh as a person and so I instructed him to proceed and the date was set. On the day of installation they turned up on time, all 3 of them were pleasant and they got to work straight away. They weren’t needy or intrusive and neither did they have lots of breaks. The work they did was A1, from placing the frame on the floor joists to the replacement light (LED strip light) the boards have been laid in a neat, even manner and they hoovered up any mess once they had finished. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family as it was probably one of the least stressful experiences when it comes to having work done in my home.

I am highly delighted with Access4Lofts (Blackpool), who recently fitted a new loft hatch with ladders and membrane in the loft. The young men were very efficient and cleared up after themselves. They explained everything in detail to me and were polite and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We are very pleased with our loft storage and loft ladder installed. We are also very pleased that our new build property could have loft storage without it affecting our NHBC certificate. We think the price was good and fair and was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Communication was excellent and the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard.
