We had a new loft hatch, ladders and floor laid and could not recommend this business highly enough. All communication was dealt with promptly and courteously and this extended to the workmen who arrived on time and carried out their work with the minimum of fuss in a professional and respectful manner even cleaning up afterwards despite them returning to complete the next day.

We have an Edwardian house in which the loft had been boxed into a room (probably in the mid 20th century). We never used the room and the existing loft insulation was ineffective (what there was of it). We asked Access4Lofts if they could remove the room (walls, flooring etc) and the ineffective insulation and then install 400mm of new insulation throughout. We received a pre-visit to assess the job and quote a price (which was very competitive). Once the job started, the two workers arrived on time both days and did exactly what was required. They were professional in how they treated the house (for example dust sheets on carpets etc) and despite removing a great deal of old wood and insulation, they were careful in how they carried it, taking care not to damage any part of the house. At the end of the job they cleaned up meticulously and then showed us the new insulation (which had been installed perfectly). Payment was requested once the job had been completed, with no upfront costs or changes to the quoted amount. We would absolutely recommend Access4Lofts to anyone looking to have work done.

The whole process of loft insulation which was explained first,was carried out very professionally.The fitter was very helpful friendly and efficient and cleaned up any small mess when he had finished.I am very pleased with the work done and would recommend the company to family and friends.

Immediately set to work putting down the dust sheets, then proceeded to fit a loft hatch, loft ladder and boarded out the designated loft area. Have been meaning to get the loft boarded and replaces the ladder for a while, my daughter had work from this company and spoke highly of the service, so following an acceptable quote I also purchased from them. The initial quoting process was done in my convenience and provided in less than an hour after the visit. The fitters turned up on time as arranged, used dust sheets and left the loft clean and tidy. following the install it turned out that the space was a little smaller than measured (due to the way the crossbeams are in the loft) and without my asking an amended quote was sent for a reduced amount as a result. for some reason I have issue with making payment through my banking app (Chase) and when I contacted them they were able to send me a direct link to make payment, very happy overall and would recommend this company.

Access4Lofts arrived on 11th November to board and insulate the loft in our house. They arrived promptly at 8am (as arranged) and did a fantastic job. Old rubbish was taken away (as previously arranged) and the loft and surrounding areas was left spick and span, very tidy indeed. I contacted Access4Lofts for a quote to have my loft boarded and upgraded lighting (only had a single bulb) Whilst I made my initial request via email Josh was prompt in giving me a call. We spoke about my requirements, booked an appointment to come round so he could give an accurate quote, I was happy with both the cost and josh as a person and so I instructed him to proceed and the date was set. On the day of installation they turned up on time, all 3 of them were pleasant and they got to work straight away. They weren’t needy or intrusive and neither did they have lots of breaks. The work they did was A1, from placing the frame on the floor joists to the replacement light (LED strip light) the boards have been laid in a neat, even manner and they hoovered up any mess once they had finished. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family as it was probably one of the least stressful experiences when it comes to having work done in my home.

The guys boarded our loft and fitted steps and a new hatch. Having moved from a larger property to a small bungalow, we were very short of space. Not only that, but we had belongings piled from floor to ceiling height for about a third of the lounge space and could hardly move around. Josh came to quote for the work and saw the plight we were in. He apologised that he was currently very busy but would try for a cancellation as soon as was possible. True to his word, his 2 colleagues had a cancellation and they turned up on time and worked a full day and cleaned up behind them. This did not finish the job, and Josh arrived 2 days later to complete the work. He was aware that I had a hospital appointment and worked non-stop to finish in time. He also cleaned up behind him and showed my husband the completed job before we paid. All was done timeously, by three colleagues working in unison. They were professional, polite and didn't stop until the job was done. A brilliant service by a great team for a fair price. Thanks so much. We can now move around our new home with ease.

We booked our loft work before the coronavirus pandemic and while we were trying to complete our house move. Communication was excellent all the way through and Josh answered all our questions and reassured us that as soon as it was safe to do so our work would be carried out. We appreciate him following the order of appointments as booked before lockdown. Matt carried out the installation. He was punctual, professional and tidied up after himself. He followed strict health and safety steps regarding coronavirus, using appropriate PPE and maintaining a safe distance from us, our only contact being opening the door to let him in and see him out, all done at a 2 metre distance. The work has been done to a high standard and is guaranteed should we have any issues further down the line. I contacted Access4Lofts in November and left a message. Josh came back to me virtually straight away and arranged a suitable date to provide me with a quotation for the installation of a loft ladder and increase in the size of the hatch. The quotation was provided immediately after his visit by EMail detailing what was included. I contacted Josh and we agreed he would complete the installation on the 4th January 2019. On 3rd January 2019 I confirmed with him that he was still scheduled to attend my property and he arrived promptly at 08.30am on the 4th January 2019. He put down sheets so that he would not be leaving dirt on my carpets. He completed the job to my complete satisfaction and cleaned up after himself. He gave us a demonstration of the ladder and hatch and advised us about the guarantee available on the equipment. He told me not to hesitate if I required any further help. I found Access 4 lofts on Facebook as I noticed someone I know had used them. I sent a message via Facebook and Josh got back to me very quickly and explained their service, what to expect and we organised a visit for quotation. The quote was slightly less than a couple of competitors quotes and Josh struck us as very personable, polite and professional. We booked in for the work to be done as soon as possible and I am absolutely delighted with the results. We have a new build home with a lot of insulation and Josh has constructed a raised floating floor on stilts above the insulation and has installed an easy stow aluminium ladder. The access and new floor works brilliantly and it's really helped us having a great new storage space which is out of sight!
