My name is Josh and I’m your Bolton based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I do loft ladder installation, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

The company was extremely efficient, from arranging for the survey and quotation, through to the work being undertaken. The two workmen arrived on time, were very polite and worked well as a team. We needed a new hatch door for the loft. Previous one had fallen down (hinges not fastened properly) and could have hurt someone. Also lift hatch was too small. Access4lofts came to survey the job, then returned a week later to fit new door. Did an excellent job, very polite, turned up on time and tidied up after themselves. Very pleased with end product and at a reasonable price.

We had an enlarged hatch with a loft ladder and loft boarding installed. They arrived on time on the day we had arranged, and the work was completed in around three hours. On completion, Josh explained about the work he had done and also how to operate the loft ladder. I am very happy with the work carried out by Josh and the team; they were courteous, extremely efficient and did an excellent job. They made sure my carpets were covered and left no mess whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Access4Lofts Bolton..... Absolutely brilliant work! Thank you Josh!
