My name is Josh and I’m your Bolton based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I do loft ladder installation, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.
I offer a free quotation service with no high pressure sales and better still I don’t blind you with science or give you an approximate price and then add on extras – all my quotes are followed up in writing the very next day and I provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all my work!

We were very pleased with the loft insulation work carried out by Access4Lofts Bolton. The company was extremely efficient, from arranging for the survey and quotation, through to the work being undertaken. The two workmen arrived on time, were very polite and worked well as a team. They also laid dust sheets and vacuumed up afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company’s services.

We needed a new hatch door for the loft. Previous one had fallen down (hinges not fastened properly) and could have hurt someone. Also lift hatch was too small. Access4lofts came to survey the job, then returned a week later to fit new door. Did an excellent job, very polite, turned up on time and tidied up after themselves. Very pleased with end product and at a reasonable price.

We had an enlarged hatch with a loft ladder and loft boarding installed. They arrived on time on the day we had arranged, and the work was completed in around three hours. On completion, Josh explained about the work he had done and also how to operate the loft ladder. I am very happy with the work carried out by Josh and the team; they were courteous, extremely efficient and did an excellent job. They made sure my carpets were covered and left no mess whatsoever. We found Josh via the Which? Trusted Trader website. Throughout all our contact with him, he was professional, respectful and customer focused. His communication at every step was excellent, including whilst carrying out the job. This was a pleasant change from our usual experience with tradesmen. Josh and Ben used dustsheets to protect our carpets and vacuumed when the job was finished, leaving no debris whatsoever. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We contacted Josh via a Facebook review we read, it looked exactly what we were looking for, some additional loft storage space. Josh was super effective in his first visit to quote and the same level of service during the fit out and installation, the job was completed within the day to a high standard, all our carpet was fully covered and no dirt, dust or debris was left at all. If only all workmen were like Josh! He put in a new loft ladder, topped up insulation & boarded loft. He was polite throughout the whole process with no hard sell; knowledgeable & understanding of my needs; accommodating when I twice had to rearrange installation date; arrived when he said he would; did a great job; left everything clean & tidy; made sure I understood how to use equipment; offered a come back service if I had any problems. Josh fitted us a new hatch for our loft. He did an excellent job. He turned up when he said he would and the job was done to our satisfaction. I was worried before he came because of Covid, but I needn't have worried. He wore a mask and was certainly Covid secure. He even hoovered up when he had finished ( without being asked and brought his own hoover) I would definitely recommend him.

Josh arrived on the date and at the time agreed, very refreshing. He topped up the insulation, part boarded the loft. installed a ladder and a light. Then he left everything tidy and showed me how to use the ladder, which is very simple to operate even though it's wood. The only thing that would have made the job perfect was to have more of the space boarded, I wish I had. However, I look forward to making an appointment to ask Josh to come back and do just that. I write very few reviews, but there was no way I couldn't write one on this occasion. I would most definitely recommend Access4lofts Bolton, Josh is a very professional and polite young man.
