The whole loft boarding job was carried out to a really high standard, and I’m absolutely delighted with the finished result. Craig was reliable, approachable and took real pride in his work. He explained everything clearly, worked neatly and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. It’s so refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job. The loft now looks fantastic and feels so much more useful and accessible. Craig originally carried out an assessment at our property and promptly provided his costing which was fully acceptable to me. He duly attended as agreed on time and worked diligently and meticulously to complete the loft ladder installation. Excellent workmanship & finished to the highest standards. Explained how to safely use the loft ladder. Cleaned up fully afterwards. Would highly recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

I would also like to add and share my grateful thanks to Craig for his professional courtesy and workmanship, the integrity of cutting beams and securing to uncut beams to contain the structural integrity, was the way Craig worked. This was not asked for. While working quickly, efficiently to schedule and price. The product provided is fantastic and we are very happy with it, lastly when you left it was like you had very been here (except for the loft hatch installed, lol) no mess so clean! Thank you very much.

Craig came to our home, removed our old loft hatch and fitted a new one as well as a new sturdy ladder. Craig also boarded out part of our loft providing us with a decent storage space. He did an extremely professional job to very high standards. We are extremely pleased and would thoroughly recommend him.
