My name is Mark and I’m your Bradford-based loft hatch, ladder and boarding installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
We can install a loft ladder, loft hatch and boarding with insulation and can even put in a loft light, often in just one day, with no mess and no fuss. Just easy access to all that lovely storage space!

Needed someone to install a new loft hatch at short notice to beat a team of plasterers who were booked to board over the old small hatch that was situated in a dangerous position over the stairwell. Contacted Mark at Access4 Lofts who responded that evening, looked at the job the following day and came 2 days later on the Saturday morning to fit it. Great job, friendly and informative. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We found Mark through Which recommended traders and asked him to quote us for loft boarding and enlargement of the entry hatch. As we are having solar panels installed, Mark advised that we have the hatch altered first and then the boarding work done after the panels, as the engineers may need to lay cables along the joists. This was something we hadn't considered and we were glad for his advice. Mark took us through what was involved in the hatch alteration and suggested where we might source a quality telescopic ladder. We were impressed with his knowledge and courteous manner and agreed the quote. Mark arrived promptly at 8am, did a grand job of the hatch and tidied up thoroughly afterwards. We would certainly recommend him and now look forward to his return next month to board out the loft. Thank you Mark.

Mark visited prior to completing the works to do a free consultation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and went through everything in a clear and simple way. At no point were we pressured into a purchase. After reviewing the quote we were delighted with the price and booked in the next day for a date and time that suited us. On the day Mark arrived on time and carried out the work in a very tidy, and fuss free manner. He was finished earlier than anticipated, and then went through a demonstration on how the ladder worked and what had been done. Everything looks amazing and we’re so pleased that we can use our loft and free up some space in our spare room. Thank you Mark!

Mark came and quoted for the job, explained everything clearly and I was impressed that he was the guy going to do the job. Unlike some other companies who send a salesman, then the installers come and tell you something different is required. He gave me a quote which was the best I had received and offered a suitable installation date. Mark did a wonderful job, neat and tidy and cleaned up afterwards. He finished with an easily understood demonstration. The finished price was exactly as quoted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Access4Lofts to anybody. A superb job, well done.

On all visits from initial survey to completion Mark was always punctual courteous and professional. Everything was explained in clear detail and illustrations shown, a very detailed clear quotation was given. Over the two days the work was carried out without mess and all the rubbish taken away. On completion an in depth demonstration was given. Considering the work was carried out on the two hottest days Mark worked efficiently and without complaint. I am extremely satisfied with the work and would whole heartedly recommend Mark to any future customer.

Fantastic quality loft board out and absolutely hassle free. Mark turned up, protected carpets from dust and trailing in muck. Completed the work super quick with hardly any intrusion caused. Mark came and gave a detailed quotation based on what I had asked for. He was very professional and polite and arrived on time. He came and did an excellent job of laying additional insulation, reboarding the loft area, widening the current hatch, and adding truss shelving. Mark was extremely punctual and came ready to start work immediately. He was very professional and very friendly. He talked us through everything he was doing and made sure we were happy with the work carried out. He was very thorough in what he was doing and took great pride in his work. Dust sheets went down to collect most of the mess, it did manage to get under the dust sheets but Mark was sure to clean up the mess and left the house that way it was when he arrived. I would highly recommend using Mark for and loft boarding and/or new loft ladders installing.

Love it. All done within time and cost quoted. Quality work with no mess. Mark is helpful and friendly - he even stood there whilst we put the ladder up and down a few times and made sure we understood everything safety wise. No excuse not to clean out the loft now that we have a big enough access hatch and a sturdy loft ladder.
