The work was to quote for and then replace the loft entrance hatch. The quote was very reasonable and the trader - Gabriel - was very polite. Gabriel instantly put on shoe covers when he arrived at the house both to quote and to do the work. The work completed was incredibly neat - barely anything to clear up afterwards as Gabriel took away the old loft hatch and fittings. It was also very speedy. Very pleased with the service.

The team were really accommodating with scheduling the work as I want to book some time in advance. They are super efficient with their time and skills from start to finish and kept me informed throughout the process. I had the loft boarded and insulated , hatch made bigger and new ladder. I’m really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Access4Lofts were recommended by a neighbour for whom they had also done some work, and we are now happy to recommend them too. They cleared and boarded our loft, increased the size of the loft hatch and installed a new retractable aluminum ladder. We had good communication with Cristian, who responded to all our questions in a clear and prompt way. The team worked incredibly hard to clear the loft as there was a lot of more rubbish in there than we’d thought! Despite that, Cristian, Gabriel and their colleague completed all the work within the time agreed, minimized the disruption and at a reasonable price. They were friendly and responsive, clarifying issues with us and ensuring we were happy at each stage. Highly recommended!

Outstanding - can't recommend Cristian and Gabriel highly enough . They came very quickly for a quote when I emailed them and the quote was reasonable and very transparent. They were also very clear about what they did not think was necessary so saved me money. Th work was completed incredibly quickly and to a high standard. They were conscientious, polite, tidy and very professional. I cannot recommend them.highly enough.

From the initial email response to the work being completed, the guys were great. Came to do a survey and told me what needed to be done, some issues they might encounter in a house which is 180 years old and gave me a cost the same day. When they came to the boarding they levelled the floor, strengthened and enlarged the original hatch and kept me informed all the way though which part they were up to. At the end of both days they tidied everything up and took away all all the rubbish (and rubble from the dreaded Brighton bungaroosh walls ) and were just generally great at what they do. Highly recommended!

We had a loft ladder, larger hatch and boarding to the loft, From the quotation to finish everything was carried out in a professional manner. We were involved at all stages and extremely pleased with all aspects. The property was left in a very clean state.

Friendly, helpful and efficient. Installation in a difficult area as lots of beams and limited access. Initial problem with the ladder which was faulty and replaced the following day by the manufacturer. Some slight teething problems which were resolved rapidly and to our complete satisfaction. Delighted with the end result.

Very pleased with the work carried out on my loft today. Cristian and his colleague were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I now have a safe and easy to access space to start storing all my clutter! Highly recommend this service.
