Very happy with both the work and the way it was carried out. Access4lofts was very professional from the very start, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I have been very impressed by the professionalism of the company. Ollie did a cracking job taking out the old hatch and then fitting a telescopic ladder and hatch combination. It's all solidly built, works perfectly, and is just what I was looking for. Once everything had been installed, he demonstrated how it worked and then made quite sure that I was able to use it safely on my own (the attention to safety was particularly striking, and if I could award six stars below for customer service, I would do). I'd recommend the company to anyone looking to have a loft ladder fitted.
