Anthony was brilliant. I am so pleased with my new boarded loft. He took the time to explain everything to me, both during the quote and installation. He did a brilliant job and I would highly recommend him.

We were really impressed by the professionalism from the start (when giving the quote) to the end product. Anthony when giving the quote spent the time to go through with us what he would be doing, the size of the loft and showed us photos etc, of what would be happening. He went off and sent a quote for the work, which was affordable and within our budget. Anthony was pleasant and courteous and worked extremely hard, and updated us daily on what was happening and how the work was coming along and anything that he found that we should be aware of. We now have an amazing loft which is easy to access and walk around. We would happily recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking to have their loft boarded etc. as he has done an amazing job for us.

I was very impressed with Anthony from the start. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I liked it when he immediately put on overshoes to do the survey. (During the job he used dustsheets too.) His quote was very reasonable. He was on time both to do the survey and start the job. He was super efficient and hardworking, clean and tidy. I had thought there could be a problem with the loft hatch (not being a standard size) but after talking to Anthony, I had every confidence that it would be sorted - and it was. He explained everything in detail and on completion of the job he demonstrated how to use the ladder safely. Throughout, Anthony was always smiling and happy to answer any questions I had. He did an excellent job and I am very, very happy with the result. I can now use the new loft hatch and ladder to sort the loft out. I would highly recommend Anthony.

Anthony completed the work on our loft today and we are absolutely delighted with it. He fitted boarding, adapted our hatch to a drop down, fitted a loft ladder and fitted a light. He was very friendly and efficient and cleared everything before he left. He went over and above in his clearing up and wouldn't leave until he had given us a full demonstration on using the ladder and ensuring that we were 100% happy with his work! We would highly recommend Anthony to anyone considering loft boarding.

Anthony at Access4Lofts did an amazing job of transforming our loft. From the quote process to completing the job he was polite, friendly and pleasant, clearly knew his stuff and did an excellent, high quality job in a really quick timescale despite hitting one or two unexpected snags (some wiring and unexpected redundant pipework in the loft). He took this all in his stride and because of the delay caused by these unexpected issues he came back on Saturday to finish the job. Would definitely recommend.

We asked Anthony to quote to make the loft access larger, replace opening with one to fit new size, install extending loft ladder, provide light and insulate and board the loft area. The estimate was very reasonable. The work itself took 2 days. Anthony worked hard during that time and undertook the works diligently. He laid dust sheets from the external door to the loft area and cleaned up at the end of each day, hoovering carpets that had been covered with the dust sheets. Anthony kept us informed of anything that he encountered during the work and asked before undertaking anything different from what had been agreed. The standard of work was excellent. Anthony always arrived on time and worked until he left for the day. He was extremely courteous and came with a smile. It was no trouble having him in my home. He is a lovely man providing a superb service.

Anthony did an excellent job in transforming our loft into a great storage area. The working height was more restricted than usual, with an awkward water tank location, so it was a very challenging job. Everything was explained through out, with nothing too much trouble. Extremely clean & tidy, and conscious of working around everyone in the house. Highly recommend.

Very happy to recommend Anthony (Access4Lofts Bristol South) One of our neighbours used him and was very happy. From the initial phone call, to the inspection & quote, to the actual installation it has been a pleasure to deal with Anthony. He was super clean and tidy. (over shoes, sheets on stairs and landings and hoover up after himself) We now have a great storage space in our loft. Very nicely boarded out using stilts so that we keep the masses of insulation we have. The light is great and the new ladder makes it super easy to access. I can’t begin to say how happy we are with the work carried out by Anthony, first off standard of the finished work is excellent. Anthony arrived on time and worked really hard, he has a really good work ethic. He was also very clean and tidy, we would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony to friends and relatives. He has turned our loft into the perfect storage area.

I found Access4Lofts through Facebook and it was really easy to arrange a quote and Anthony was brilliant. He clearly knew his stuff and was open and honest about what can be done. The loft space was not as big as the package deal offered, and we already had a light, but we worked out a suitable alternative and the final price was really competitive. On the day of fitting, Anthony was punctual, clean and tidy, and did a great job. The final finished loft is now a great space for storage and we are really happy. Anthony made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Genuinely happy leaving this feedback and I hope it helps others with their decisions.

We would highly recommend Anthony to anyone wanting to make their loft space accessible for storage. Anthony accommodated a two-phased approach for us. First, he fitted a loft ladder which enabled us to remove years of empty boxes and 'put it in the loft just in case we should ever need it again' possessions. Then he returned to lay new boarding and insulation. Anthony was hugely respectful of us and our property and left everything spotlessly clean. We are delighted with the work. Thank you, Anthony!

I am very happy with the loft insulation, flooring and ladder that Anthony has installed. The flooring is very solid and I particularly like the way the shelving has been constructed.The lighting is also very good. Anthony was happy to adjust the ladder position once I had tried it. It was a tricky installation requiring two heights for the flooring due to headroom issues. Anthony worked very hard over three long days to get the job done. I would definitely recommend Anthony if you are looking to improve your loft space.

Anthony came and carried out an inspection of my loft access, He gave me a quotation, which was very reasonable, for which I accepted. He gave me a few dates for installation, and this was carried 2 days later. I was very impressed with him for puttig on overshoes and dustsheets to protect my carpet. Once the job was completed, he showed me how to operate the ladder and safety catches. I have since told my neighbours about the job and they may be interested in having one fitted too!
