AccessForLofts Bromley have been fantastic to deal with, from the initial consultation where I was given a number of options and transparent costs to the day of installations. Arrived on time, pleasant and polite (and clean - no mess!) and have done a phenomenal job in transforming our useless loft into usable storage with added insulation. Really so pleased with the work!

The two people worked well for the day with very little noise or disturbance. When finished, the ladder was demonstrated and I went up it to the loft to see the work and laying of insulation - it was very neat and tidy.

We recently had our loft boarded by Ryan and his professional team. From first getting our free quote to actually having the work completed, the team was fantastic and thorough, giving us multiple options to suit our needs. The work was finished on time to a fantastic standard. They really went above and beyond.

Ryan was professional and knowledgeable when he came to do the quote and spent time explaining the best option for us, which was not the most expensive. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to commend the great service from beginning to end for my roof insulation and boarding, hatch replacement and ladder installation. I am very happy with the finish and respectful team who were polite and professional throughout. The job finished on time ( one day). Small touches like cleaning up and agreement before proceeding to do the job are differentiators that make the overall customer experience stand out. Past experiences with others on past projects have not been good which makes this experience stand out in comparison. If you want to have a professional and respectful experience with great workmanship, I highly recommend Ryan and his team!

We are very pleased with our new deep loft insulation (300mm) and 'floating' platform for storage. Angel gave us a fully itemised quote, which came with the reassurance of a 'Total Fitted Price' guarantee. They kept us fully informed and were quickly responsive to our emails. Kit and Ming fitted the insulation, new flooring and loft ladder. They were punctual, efficient and professional from protecting our carpets to vacuuming up at the end. The work was completed in one day, as promised. It has made an amazing difference to the utility of the loft as well as helping to keep the house warm. We were recommended to this firm by the SELCE Love Lofts project - well worth a look if you live in Lewisham or Greenwich.

Had my loft insulated and boarded and new hatch and ladders. The area was left clean and tidy, work done to a high standard and in a timely fashion. I did ask them to remove the old access hatch - but they refused to take it. Luckily I am in a good mood so they can still score 5 stars. Happy customer.
