From my first contact with Ryan through to completion, I cannot fault him and his team. Ryan came round and discussed what I was looking to achieve and the different options available and provided a comprehensive quote. He was very accommodating when I needed to make some changes, and it was very reassuring being able to chat through. I received a reminder text the day before the scheduled work date and on the day the team turned up as expected. They couldn’t have been nicer, were very considerate and went through the brief before they started. They were also flexible when at the last minute we decided to enlarge the loft which then meant they had to build a new hatch surround. The quality of the workmanship is 100% and I now have a beautifully boarded loft, new drop down loft hatch and a ladder that now works!!!! And they tidied up brilliantly afterwards. Extremely professional. I am so pleased with the work and would definitely recommend.

Access4lofts Bromley came to provide a quote which was very clearly mapped out and options were provided to reduce it if desired. We then arranged the works to be done and were very pleased with the quality of both communication and the work done. The team arrived at the time they stated and completed the work and to the agreed final cost provided. Where the job changed slightly (based on a variable we had discussed), the invoice amount was reduced and an updated copy sent same day. I couldn't recommend them enough, the work was great, quote fair and customer service excellent.

From quoting to booking the work in and carrying out the boarding and insulation of our loft, every interaction was efficient and professional. They arrived on time, were very tidy in setting up and tidying away at the end of each day. The loft has been created exactly as quoted and we're very happy with the quality of the work and advice given. He even recommended we don't go for full board as waste of money, we wouldn't be using the space in the corners - which was really refreshing!

We needed a quick upgrade to our insualtion in the loft - going from 100mm to 270mm. This also meant removing all existing boarding and facias, and putting new raised boarding in place. From sending an email, Angel called me back very quickly, Kit arrived to estimate the job, and the team completed it in the estimated time. Communication at all times - calls from Angel, emails from Ryan, texts to remind us of arrival times - were first class. The fit out team arrived on time, worked very quickly and ensured the house was kept tidy with dust sheets and cleaning up. I would recommend this company to anyone - we had 48sqm of 270mm insulation and 12 sqm of boarding fitted in a couple of days, plus removing all the original stuff. All in all, a great job and we are a very happy customer.

Communication with this company was good from the start, mostly by email. Based on advice given, we booked an appointment for the work to be done. They arrived on day agreed and performed the work very swiftly and efficiently. Upon arrival, Ryan surveyed the work to be done and proposed some changes to the original specification at a reduced cost to us. When the work was completed, Ryan took time to demonstrate the working of the ladder, and his colleague cleaned the site before leaving. We were impressed by the speed of the work and the positive and helpful attitude of Ryan and his colleague.

Ryan and his team did an amazing job on my loft space, transforming it from a dingy unusable space to a highly usable, insulated, accessible storage area. They were very professional and discussed all the options with me before presenting me with a quote. I found the costs reasonable and everything was fully itemised. On the day of the work they were punctual, efficient, and did a very neat job. They cleaned up afterwards and gave me some instruction in how to pull down and retract the ladder. They even took away some rubbish the previous owners had left in the loft, for an extra charge. I'm thrilled with the service and with the result.

I contacted this company, and Angel very quickly responded on the phone, giving me options for ladder installation. After advice from her, I chose one, and a date was arranged. Ryan arrived on time, politely introduced himself, and went to inspect the loft hatch. He called me to explain what needed to be done and advised me best option for ladder installation. Having an agreed plan of action, he commenced the work. It was completed in 2 hours, and he then explained how the ladder operated. I paid for the work, and he promised to send an Invoice as a lifetime guarantee and also a video link again showing how to safely operate the ladder. These arrived in under 2 hrs via e-mail. Ryan hoovered the site and left it spotless. A job very well done, and I would 100% recommend him.

Can't speak highly enough of Ryan and his team in Bromley. Ryan provided a very reasonable quote, and the team who did the work were polite and hardworking. As far as I can tell, the work has been carried out to a high standard, and overall, I'm very happy with the end result. I had loft boarding fitted + old water tank removed + insulation refitted, + loft hatch enlarged with new wooden ladder installed.

Ryan and his team put flooring in my loft and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. Ryan & co completed work in my loft on 23rd June which took 3 days in total. The work involved lifting up existing tongue and groove boarding covering the entire loft space, prizing up some very tightly fitted PIR insulation, trimming the PIR, refitting the PIR along with some traditional soft insulation and refitting the boards. The tight-fitting PIR insulation (not fitted by Ryan) was expanding in hot weather, causing some noises which we wanted to cut out. This was tricky work, which was completed to a high standard and more than met my expectations. The workers were very hardworking and respectful, taking away rubbish and tidying up daily. I would not hesitate in recommending them, they did a great job !!

The service provided was excellent, from Ryan’s initial visit when he outlined our options and the job was accepted he arrived on time and completed the job within the time stated. We were pleased with the finished job and would be happy to recommend Ryan’s company to those in need of a loft ladder.

Communications were excellent throughout with Angel quickly answering all our questions. On the hottest day of the year, Kit and the team worked tirelessly from early morning ‘til late evening to finish the attic. Ryan and the team did a great job clearing out my very dusty loft and installing new insulation and boarding. They worked hard and efficiently, turning up on time, being courteous and polite and cleaning up well each day. Ryan was at pains to carefully describe the options available and the work they would do. Communication was great. They also managed to move my installation date forward to suit my travelling plans.
