Had my loft insulated and boarded and new hatch and ladders. The area was left clean and tidy, work done to a high standard and in a timely fashion. I did ask them to remove the old access hatch - but they refused to take it. Luckily I am in a good mood so they can still score 5 stars. Happy customer.

Overall I had a new loft door and ladder and then following this job I then arranged to have the supply and fit of loft boarding. Easy to book the work - very knowledgeable staff - workers arrived on time. The whole job was dealt with very efficiently and the job was exactly as was originally discussed. No issues at all and the workers kept everything very clean . I was extremely impressed with all aspects of the work and I would fully recommend this Company without hesitation.

Ryan from Access4Lofts surveyed and gave options on how to solve our lack of loft access. Kit and the team then boarded the loft and fitted a loft hatch and ladder. This job was to clear 3 items including a metal water tank that could no longer be passed through the loft hatch and then supply and fit insulation rolls to the entire loft area, and to insulate the loft hatch. Access4Lofts actually delayed the start time twice during the morning agreed, but still completed the job within the working day by providing 3 men for the job, and cleared up well at the end. Their office staff and installation team were always helpful with queries and the price was fixed from the start. I can only say that we had an efficient and clean job peformed to time and budget.

I needed to replace the loft hatch to my loft. Everything else was working fine. The process of booking and confirming site visit went smoothly. They were able to quote from photos I sent them which speeded up the process. In and out in about 4 hours. Polite, clean and responsive. Showed me how to work the hatch and ladder. I requested a replacement part which they provided for a reasonable price. Importantly did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want. Other loft companies wouldn’t replace the hatch without replacing the steps as well. Would recommend.

Access4Lofts installed a drop-down ladder into our loft so that we could access the space. They came out to provide a free quote and talk us through the work. Two workers came to install a loft ladder by firstly enlarging the hatch space. They were efficient and discreet. The overall result looks great and is sturdy in design. There was no damage done to their surroundings as it often happens with builders. I am therefore very happy with the service provided and would certainly recommend.

Access 4Lofts Bromley removed old boards from our loft, put in modern standard installation, reboarded the entire area and replaced the loft ladder. All done within two days. They were very careful to look after the rest of the house as they were passing through. Strongly recommended.

Very professional business. Fully itemised quote, clearly explained with an iPad sketch of the finished loft. We had an old water tank and pipes removed from the loft, along with a platform it stood on and some sub-standard flooring. We got new flooring, shelving, a retractable loft ladder and hinged hatch. Communication from the office was excellent. The work was done in a single day by two highly courteous and skilled fitters, who tidied up after themselves, including vacuuming all affected areas.

I found Access4LoftsBromley online after a bad experience with another company. All credit to Ryan and his team for an excellent job from initial inspection visit, on the day and time booked, to installation. In fact Ryan phoned on day of survey to give an exact time for visit. He was very polite and wore soft overshoes to protect flooring. Initially I wanted old ladder mechanism repaired, there was no pressure to buy new. However, I decided to buy new and received quote same day. Installation was arranged and Keith the installer arrived promptly, again wore overshoes, and even brought a paintbrush to touch up any paintwork which may have been chipped. I would definitely recommend and am delighted with end result.

This was an attempt to improve our meager loft insulation and access to the loft area for storage. We used Access4Lofts since they provided an effective quotation for the use of PIR insulation board and a competitive quote following a site visit. They proved reliable and neat in doing the installation work. Would happily recommend the company to others (and would advise that, although not cheap, PIR insulation board is greatly superior to rockwool insulation. It should both keep us warm and pay for itself in energy bill savings.)

I am extremely happy with the work undertaken by Ryan and Kit to board my loft and install a ladder. I made the enquiry on 4/11/22 and was responded to immediately and a site visit was organised for Ryan and Kit to assess the work.
