My name is David and I’m your Cambridge based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

David came very quickly to give a quote, it was followed up the same day with a written fixed price. It was booked in for approximately four weeks ahead and a reminder was sent the day before the work was carried out. David talked us through the work he was doing and explained use of the loft ladder installed, he tidied up after he had finished and we are really pleased with the job that he has done.

My house is a new build with loads of insulation in the loft. I wanted part boarding on stilts with an access ladder, just to store things like suitcases and Christmas decorations. David gave me a quote, and carried out the work on the agreed day to a high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. I’m very happy with the work, the boarding seems very solid given it’s on stilts.

David had already boarded over our loft but we initially decided not to do the loft ladder. We soon changed our minds and asked him to come back and instal one so we could make effective use of our new storage space. David communicates really well and his quality of work is great. He tidies up after his work too which means a lot when you’ve got 3 kids! I highly recommend him.

The work included installing additional loft insulation, raised boarding over the insulation, loft shelving and installing a loft ladder. The initial quote was done quickly, and installation dates agreed about a month later. The quoted price was clearly set out and reasonably priced. David is a sole trader, so did the work himself and on the agreed dates. He was considerate and kept the house tidy. We are very pleased with the work in the loft, which was all done as agreed, and within the quoted price. We would certainly recommend David

David quickly responded to our request to quote for boarding out our loft. He was able to provide a quote on the day, and give some options to manage our budget. Work was schedule in for a couple of weeks later. David did all the work himself and was friendly and efficient, taking only 1 day to complete the job. Our loft looks great now. David also upgraded us with thicker insulation (due to supply issues), but still kept the quoted price. Highly recommended for anyone within the Cambridgeshire area.
