My name is David and I’m your Cambridge based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

I had a good feeling from David from the beginning when he came round to quote - genuine and knowledgable about the work that needed completing to improve insulation, safety of loft hatch and board installation for purpose of storage in loft. David was professional throughout the work, offering competitive pricing and time frame to complete work. I have been impressed by the finished result as increased insulation is instantly noticeable to warmth of house and we have a new loft floor that is safe and can use for storage. David came very quickly to give a quote, it was followed up the same day with a written fixed price. It was booked in for approximately four weeks ahead and a reminder was sent the day before the work was carried out. David talked us through the work he was doing and explained use of the loft ladder installed, he tidied up after he had finished and we are really pleased with the job that he has done.

My house is a new build with loads of insulation in the loft. I wanted part boarding on stilts with an access ladder, just to store things like suitcases and Christmas decorations. David gave me a quote, and carried out the work on the agreed day to a high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. I’m very happy with the work, the boarding seems very solid given it’s on stilts.

David had already boarded over our loft but we initially decided not to do the loft ladder. We soon changed our minds and asked him to come back and instal one so we could make effective use of our new storage space. David communicates really well and his quality of work is great. He tidies up after his work too which means a lot when you’ve got 3 kids! I highly recommend him.
