My name is David and I’m your Cambridge based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

David carried out a fantastic job creating a new hatch, boarding our loft and installing a ladder of our choice. He was very clear from the start, explaining what would be possible whilst listening to what we wanted. David is friendly and professional and he didn't try and add on any extras. David was pleasant and friendly. Work done promptly and to budget. Patient and not rushed. After installing the ladder he clearly explained how it worked and checked whilst I pulled it out and put it back. Clean worker. Brought lots of dust sheets and left no mess.

David was very helpful giving good advice when doing quote. Kindly offered to fit us in 2 days later, on a Sunday! The loft was boarded before we moved in the following week. This proved invaluable providing us with the extra storage space we certainly needed. Nice tidy job. Good communications throughout. Would definitely recommend.

My house is a new build with loads of insulation in the loft. I wanted part boarding on stilts with an access ladder, just to store things like suitcases and Christmas decorations. David gave me a quote, and carried out the work on the agreed day to a high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. I’m very happy with the work, the boarding seems very solid given it’s on stilts.
