David came very quickly to give a quote, it was followed up the same day with a written fixed price. It was booked in for approximately four weeks ahead and a reminder was sent the day before the work was carried out. David talked us through the work he was doing and explained use of the loft ladder installed, he tidied up after he had finished and we are really pleased with the job that he has done.

Works like a trojan. Knows his stuff. Doesn't charge you for what you don't need. What's not to like.

I had a very good experience from initial booking, through site survey and then onto the installation itself. Throughout David was friendly, polite and knew his stuff. My walks and ceiling were irregular and he did a great job make the hatch and ladder fit. A really good job!

David Debno installed a telescopic loft ladder, access boarding at top of our loft hatch and storage shelving in the loft for us. He was very professional and a helpful conscientious friendly tradesman who completed the works to a high standard, on schedule and to budget. Communication from initial contact to completion was also great.

David and his assistant arrived and started work promptly. Together they completed the work beautifully and we are delighted with the ease of access to very useful storage. David also installed additional insulation and we are sure it will make a difference to the warmth in our home.

I would certainly recommend David from Access4Lofts Cambridge for loft work. I contacted him to get a quote for the installation of a loft ladder and to improve insulation. Arranging the quote was quick, easy and pressure free. David asked about my intentions for the space and provided options only for the work I was interested in, and noted how I could reduce the cost by doing some tasks myself if I preferred. He quickly provided an itemized quote with several options as I requested. The prices were very reasonable, particularly in light of having looked into the costs of doing the work myself. There was no pressure or hard sell tactics at any point, just an open and helpful discussion of options. Once I accepted the quote, arranging the work was quick and easy despite some scheduling challenges on my side. The work was carried out to a high quality exactly as agreed and for the quoted price, despite a few additional minor challenges arising during the work. David was also careful in regards to my property and despite it being a messy job to extract some old materials from the loft space in order to complete the work, he left very little mess behind. Payment was easy with several options available to choose from. Communication was clear, prompt and polite throughout. Should I decide to make any further changes to my loft, I will start by contacting him again, and would unreservedly suggest others contact him for a quote if they are considering loft improvements.
