Val and his team were great from start to finish. From our initial quote he was professional, took the time to respond to our questions and provided a detailed written quotation. On the day of the work he arrived on time, covered our floor in dust sheets and began work. He explained everything and when he finished he left no mess and was very tidy. He made our loft more accessible by moving our loft hatch, he upgraded the hatch as our old one had gaps around it. He added extra insulation and moved our loft ladder so access to the loft was much easier for us. He also boarded the loft so we could use it for storage. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends and family. 5 stars.

We had the loft insulated and part boarded today. We are extremely happy with the job Val did. Val and his colleague turned up on time and left the place spotless would not have even known they were there. Val is very friendly and I would definitely recommend and use again.

Access4 lofts replaced my old loft ladder with a new bigger version together with a bigger loft access hatch. Val and his colleague also upgraded my loft insulation and fitted sheeting to separate the loft space into different sections. This was completed with minimal disruption and all within one day. There was no mess and no hassle, can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Val as respectful of our home and he and his colleague worked on boarding and installing extra insulation on 33sqm of loft. Was quiet as he could be doing the work (working from home) but was not excessive (we live in a bungalow) so was able to work with no problems. Didn’t stop all day, work was completed to a good standard and all left very tidy both in the loft and below. Would thoroughly recommend Val for further works and very reasonable pricing Best wishes

Val installed a ladder, floor boards and a light in our loft today while we were at work. When we came home he had already finished the job and you wouldn’t have known he was working up there. The landing and stairs were left very clean. The job itself is perfect, the ladder came with instructions and the battery light is powerful enough for our need. The whole process has been very smooth from when I contacted him to look at our loft, sending us a quote, setting a date and installation. Val is very professional and friendly. Val attended and carried out the work to a very high quality, he can only be described as a grafter and only had a break for lunch, he worked later on one evening and didn’t leave till 7pm.. he was police respectful of the property and checked in with us throughout the day to ensure we were happy.. The installer was on time both to give me a quote and to instal my loft hatch. He was highly considerate and careful in my house, taking care to remove his shoes on my plain carpet and not to knock anything with his ladder. He fully cleared up once the hatch was installed. The job was slightly complicated but he did it entirely to my satisfaction and I'm delighted with the result. As well as being technically proficient, he communicated with me clearly and well, noting my cochlear implant processors, and was kind and thoughtful. I do not hesitate in the slightest to recommend him for loft ladder and hatch work.

Val was puntual and gave a full explanation of the options. The set price was reasonable and installation done within a couple of weeks. Val worked solidly without any wasted time and the end result was neat and well finished. He was pleasant, friendly and reliable and he cleared up thoroughly afterwards.
