A really good service from start to finish! The initial quote from Des was comprehensive and I loved that there was a lifetime guarantee and a commitment to the price quoted regardless of whether extra work was discovered! On the day of install, Phil and Matt could not have been better. They looked after my property, were polite and courteous as well as being knowledgeable and delivering a fantastic boarded loft, hatch and ladders. Cannot fault the whole experience! From the initial communication with Des, to the visit on 9 February by Pete and Phil, the service has been excellent. Des was really quick to respond to my emails to obtain a quote for fitting 2 replacement loft hatches. On the day Pete and Phil arrived and quickly and quietly prepared and fitted replacement loft surround and hatches (I work from home so really appreciated this). They checked with me how I wanted the loft hatch to drop to ensure that I was happy with what was going on and then demonstrated how easy it was to use the loft latch. They were not only very quick but once finished vacuumed up after themselves too. Could not recommend enough. Great product and service.

The fitters arrived on time, were very polite and did the work efficiently clearing up after they had finished. I was shown how to work the hatch and ladder. I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Access4Lifts provided a new loft hatch and insulation throughout the roof space. Good experience from quote through to completion of work. Matt the fitter arrived on time and did a great job keeping me informed of options and progress and produced a quality finished installation which exceeded expectations. Phil was a great help in resolving some minor technical issues with online invoice payment. Overall very pleased with the service received.

We initially had some work completed in Nov 2022 by Jim, we knew at the time we wouldn't be able to have the loft fully boarded due to an old water tank blocking access to other half of the loft. We have now had the 2nd half boarded again by Jim. With the help of Access4Lofts, we have turned an unusable area into the perfect storage area. Both times Jim has produced excellent work and is very friendly and polite. He has excellent customer service and tradesman skills. I have recommended Access4Lofts to another friend who have since had work completed and also was very happy. Des and Phil who came to complete the quotes was also very friendly. Overall my experience with Access4Lofts has been a very happy one. 5 stars!

I am very happy with the service, full survey carried out in a timely manner. Given a price a date within days of the survey. Date booked on a day convenient to me. Very happy with the standard of workmanship, would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family

I just had my loft hatches done and flooring put down they were very efficient and reliable very tidy as well can highly recommend them

From the first phone call to having the work done a week later I was very impressed with how friendly and professional they were. Des came round and quoted the job within a day of putting my request in. I was very happy with the price he quoted and he explained in detail what would be done. Phil came round a week later to do the install and was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up when he was finished and was very respectful while he was in our property. He even helped my wife move some furniture she was struggling with while I was out. Can't fault a single thing about these guys and i will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to our friends and family.
