Great service from Des and great work from Phil and Pete yesterday. The guys were on time, clean and tidy and did the job described. I also appreciated them explaining what they had done step by step and provided me with advice for further improvements. Would gladly use again.

Telescopic ladder and loft hatch fitted in about 90 minutes by Phil and Pete who were friendly and polite. Carpets covered with dust sheets and any mess was cleared up and vacuumed away. How to use the ladder was demonstrated.

Phil was brilliant - explained everything, was really tidy and cleaned up after himself and did a great job. Also, as a woman on her own, it was nice not to be called 'sweetheart' and I felt totally at ease. The fitters arrived on time, were very polite and did the work efficiently clearing up after they had finished. I was shown how to work the hatch and ladder. I would not hesitate to recommend this company

From the first phone call to having the work done a week later I was very impressed with how friendly and professional they were. Des came round and quoted the job within a day of putting my request in. I was very happy with the price he quoted and he explained in detail what would be done. Phil came round a week later to do the install and was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up when he was finished and was very respectful while he was in our property. He even helped my wife move some furniture she was struggling with while I was out. Can't fault a single thing about these guys and i will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to our friends and family.

I just had my loft hatches done and flooring put down they were very efficient and reliable very tidy as well can highly recommend them
