A very good service from Access4 Lofts from placing the order to install. Ashley was on time and completed the install to a very good standard and cleaned up.

From my first enquiry to a finished job, every step was quick, easy and well-managed. The team were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were at all times respectful of my property and took great care to work cleanly. I felt confident about their work and loved the price too. Definitely recommend this team.

Hatch revised and the ladder installed on time, neatly and politely for quoted price. Following day I requested a modification which was attended to immediately to my complete satisfaction. I will use them again for other planned loft work.

Having mistakenly used a different company for the initial work, I am delighted with the visit and follow-up work provided by Phil and Jayden of Access4Lofts. Wish I had used them for the original installation. Additionally, whenever I see ‘Which’ mentioned I know I’m in safe hands.

Excellent service from both Phil who initially visited and discussed options and Ashley who installed the loft ladder and the battery operated lights, which I added to the order at the very last minute. He was very considerate in all aspects of the job and conferred with me, regarding the positioning of the ladder, when extended and also the position of the hatch, when open. He also took great care explaining how to extend and secure the ladder. 2 days before the install date I decided to add lights to the order. ( my electrician booked for the job let me down at last minute) Ashley installed corded battery operated lights which are a great alternative and far more cost effective to install than electric lights. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use for further future projects

From the first phone call to having the work done a week later I was very impressed with how friendly and professional they were. Des came round and quoted the job within a day of putting my request in. I was very happy with the price he quoted and he explained in detail what would be done. Phil came round a week later to do the install and was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up when he was finished and was very respectful while he was in our property. He even helped my wife move some furniture she was struggling with while I was out. Can't fault a single thing about these guys and i will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to our friends and family.

Jayden and Ash were polite and professional in asking about any concerns I might have before starting the work. The telescopic loft Ladder and work carried out to an excellent standard, and the loft ladder is of very high quality material. I was given a demonstration how to operate the ladder and felt comfortable enough to operate the ladder minutes after they had left my home. I feel very safe and secured using it. Ash and Jayden tidy and took great care of my property, and took all of the material away with them, and provided an excellent service.

Phil and Pete were excellent when they fitted the loft hatch and boarded out half of my loft then Phil and a new assistant boarded out the remainder after I had all electrical work carried out again they were great and left my premises in clean and tidy condition

We had a new larger loft hatch and ladder fitted by Access4 lofts. Russell was very professional and ensured that we were happy with the location of the new hatch before proceeding with the work. He completed the job very efficiently and ensured that all working areas in our home were covered with dust sheets before commencing. Russ also took the time to demonstrate the new hatch and how to access and secure the ladder prior to use. Everything was left clean and tidy prior to his departure. Excellent job! The team of Jayden and Jim arrived on schedule. They were polite and friendly - after introducing themselves they got out the dust sheets - so everything was left clean and tidy. The workmanship was excellent and we were given a full demonstration to ensure we could operate the loft hatch and ladder. Would highly recommend!

Access4Lifts provided a new loft hatch and insulation throughout the roof space. Good experience from quote through to completion of work. Matt the fitter arrived on time and did a great job keeping me informed of options and progress and produced a quality finished installation which exceeded expectations. Phil was a great help in resolving some minor technical issues with online invoice payment. Overall very pleased with the service received.

Hi Team, the service from originally reaching out with not much of a clue was a good way forward to having you folks out to explain the task and complete was nothing short of awesome. On the day the folks that arrived on site, Matt, Jim & Jayden were polite, professional and very helpful in helping me understand what will take place and post the work taking me through everything, I literally had the wow factor when seeing the end results, so pleased and also at a price that felt deserved of your skills and talents. More than over the moon that you and the team were transparent and comprehensive through the entire process, thank you from my family and I, we now have an immense amount of additional safe storage to utilise. We initially had some work completed in Nov 2022 by Jim, we knew at the time we wouldn't be able to have the loft fully boarded due to an old water tank blocking access to other half of the loft. We have now had the 2nd half boarded again by Jim. With the help of Access4Lofts, we have turned an unusable area into the perfect storage area. Both times Jim has produced excellent work and is very friendly and polite. He has excellent customer service and tradesman skills. I have recommended Access4Lofts to another friend who have since had work completed and also was very happy. Des and Phil who came to complete the quotes was also very friendly. Overall my experience with Access4Lofts has been a very happy one. 5 stars!
