Ollie and Carl did a fantastic job installing our loft. The job wasn't easy, as a lot of the roof joists were different sizes, and some of them were also different heights - it really needed Ollie's knowledge and experience to carry out the installation and provide a first class finish. They both worked incredibly efficiently, and a large roof space was completed within one day, including fitting a new trap door with integral timber ladder. All round brilliant job, and excellent value for money - I'm SO pleased that we selected Access4Lofts!

In our opinion, we would never recommend this company. We have had a lot of stress caused by bad workmanship. The fitter arrived 1 hour late after a given 2 hour time slot. The fitters were installing a new loft hatch, a wooden ladder and insulating the whole loft. 2hrs 15 mins after starting, they had packed away and the fitter told us everything was finished. He asked to wash his hands and I was going to make payment. My husband went to look at the completed job, but said he was not happy as lots of areas in the loft were without insulation. We were then told the fitter had used all the insulation supply and didn't have any more. The fitters then said they would get some more and come back another day. The loft looked awful, we took photos. My husband said he didn't want the same fitter back in our home as he felt they had lied about completing the job. The fitters told their office that they hadn't finished and needed to return. They failed to tell them they had told us they had finished. The customer service was dreadful. Finally, they agreed to pass my complaint to their head office. It was agreed that their estimator Jo would come and finish it for us. Jo was lovely and did an amazing job. It took him a few hours to put everything correctly that the previous fitter had done incorrectly. Yes it was put right eventually but had my husband not checked it when the fitter said it was finished We would never have known any different. We could never trust them again. We would never recommend them.

I couldn't be happier with my loft bundle which includes boarding, loft ladder and battery operated light. Rash, Ross and James were professional and provided a highly efficient service, with full demo run through to ensure I could use the ladder safely, which was appreciated and gave me confidence to use it immediately. The space I now have to store items has transformed my new build house which was short of storage, so I am over the moon with the result and feel it is fantastic value for money.

I contacted Access4Lofts for a quote after finding them on Facebook. They responded quickly and were able to pop in for a quote very quickly. The quote was well explained and all the various options were laid out. From the initial contact through to the end I never felt pressured like you can with some sales reps, these guys always felt like the right choice. The job was completed to a very high standard in the time promised. Everything was cleaned and tidied up. We now have a safe useable loft to store our stuff giving us so much more room.
