Had a loft ladder fitted by Access4Lofts. Eifion was very thorough on the initial consultation, explaining all of our options and helping us decide what to go for. He also assured us that they could accommodate the placement of some of the pipes in our loft by building a landing area for the ladder to rest on so as not to interfere with the pipes. The work was all completed to a high standard, the customer service was excellent and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work carried out and quality of products we received.

Although we have a huge loft, we could not make use of it as the access door was tiny and we had no stairs. Also, it was not boarded out. Eifion came highly recommended by a friend of ours. He did not disappoint. He and his colleague cracked on with the work and made sure they completed the works within the agreed timescale and quote. I didn't think there would be anybody who would replace our loft hatch and move our loft ladders. Found access4lofts and they did the job for me. Everybody was friendly and they did an excellent job. Ref: Conversion of loft hatch to drop-down type, and installation of pull-down loft ladder with safety grab rail. Eifion visited to provide a full estimate at the agreed time and date. Upon acceptance, I was contacted by Lucy to arrange a date and time for installation. Eifion and Brandon arrived on time and proceeded to lay dust sheets to protect hall/stairs/landing carpets. They worked through the installation, only stopping to check whether I required the grab rail to be fitted to the left or right side of the loft entrance. Upon completion of the work, I was given a full demonstration of how the use the loft ladder safely. They insisted that I used the ladder whilst they were there, to satisfy themselves that I was using it correctly. All sheets containing dust were removed, and they offered to vacuum the carpet. I was more than happy to do this myself, though the offer was very much appreciated. All in all, I found Access4Lofts Chester to be skilled and professional and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent Customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion of installation. Communications via Telephone, e-mail and subsequently face-to-face were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Options and attendant costs were fully explained during the survey and clearly laid out in the Quotation / Invoice . All aspects of the loft boarding , hatch upgrade and telescopic ladder installations completed to a very good standard. Eifion from Access4Lofts did a wonderful job for me. I had a new loft hatch installed,ladder,light and insulation topped up. He explained everything throughly with me first to make sure I was happy to proceed. The whole process of having our loft converted was very straightforward. Eifion came and did an assessment, and then costed the work for us. We were given itemised costs for every element of the work, which made the process completely transparent. Dan the fitter was extremely diligent, completing the work swiftly. He patiently showed us how to use the loft ladder, repeating things just to make sure that we “oldies” had grasped all the detail! He cleared up after himself at the end of every day, and the carpet was cleaner when he left than when he arrived! We would highly recommend this company.

We were after loft boarding for our new build property and were unsure of the type of boarding we required and whether it would affect the warranty and insulation etc. Eifion was very professional in putting our minds at ease and explaining the options available. We purchased the loft ladder and loft boarding which was installed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. I would recommend this company every time asked. No pressure at the sale, only good and valid advice on what would be appropriate to our needs. Arrived on time agreed to complete the work which was installing telescopic loft ladder, after removing old, and considerably enlarging the hatch access. In addition 9 square metres of loft boarding was laid providing storage space within reach of loft hatch. The work was completed as stated and the clean up was impeccable. Pride in the work was evident and the work ethic extremely good. Competitively priced and and a job well done.

Couldn't have had a better experience than with Access4Lofts Chester installing a loft ladder, boarding and lighting to our new build home. Everything was just faultless, from the office team communication, and their organising of the personable Eifion to visit and give his valuable advice. Dan 'The' man came to our home and did a superb job in super fast time - thank you. We now have a fabulous storage space, probably far too grand for all that we will be storing in it - but are very pleased! Also, amazing price - husband said he could have done it for the price - but it would have taken him a week! (although not sure it would have looked the same!)

I can highly recommend this company and staff. I wanted to top up the insulation in my loft, emailed for a quote and was contacted within the hour to arrange a day and time a few days later. Eifion arrived and helped me with various suggestions and I agreed to the very reasonable quote. The work was carried out the very next morning due to a cancellation by Dan who did a brilliant job with the insulation and putting membrane on the rafters. He worked around my stuff and cleaned everything perfectly. I was truly delighted with the work and have no hesitation recommending this company.
