Access4Lofts Chester

Had a loft ladder fitted by Access4Lofts. Eifion was very thorough on the initial consultation, explaining all of our options and helping us decide what to go for. He also assured us that they could accommodate the placement of some of the pipes in our loft by building a landing area for the ladder to rest on so as not to interfere with the pipes. The work was all completed to a high standard, the customer service was excellent and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work carried out and quality of products we received.

Although we have a huge loft, we could not make use of it as the access door was tiny and we had no stairs. Also, it was not boarded out. Eifion came highly recommended by a friend of ours. He did not disappoint. He and his colleague cracked on with the work and made sure they completed the works within the agreed timescale and quote. I didn't think there would be anybody who would replace our loft hatch and move our loft ladders. Found access4lofts and they did the job for me. Everybody was friendly and they did an excellent job. They even made our loft ladder more stable which is great. I would fully recommend them for any loft work.

Ref: Conversion of loft hatch to drop-down type, and installation of pull-down loft ladder with safety grab rail. Eifion visited to provide a full estimate at the agreed time and date. Upon acceptance, I was contacted by Lucy to arrange a date and time for installation. Eifion and Brandon arrived on time and proceeded to lay dust sheets to protect hall/stairs/landing carpets. They worked through the installation, only stopping to check whether I required the grab rail to be fitted to the left or right side of the loft entrance. Upon completion of the work, I was given a full demonstration of how the use the loft ladder safely. They insisted that I used the ladder whilst they were there, to satisfy themselves that I was using it correctly. All sheets containing dust were removed, and they offered to vacuum the carpet. I was more than happy to do this myself, though the offer was very much appreciated. All in all, I found Access4Lofts Chester to be skilled and professional and would not hesitate to recommend them.
