Hamid from Access4lofts Chigwell and his colleague cut a new loft hatch for me, finished it beautifully, fitted my ladder, added a light in the loft and then, out of sheer kindness, sorted out a problem with a toilet! Hamid put up patiently with my inability to be at home for the quote and offered lots of times when he could come. The quote was very fair and he explained everything that he would do very clearly. He is extremely well organised, emails and text messages meant I always understood what was happening. The new loft hatch looks really good and Hamid spent time explaining how the ladder worked and how to use it correctly.
