Hamid from Access4lofts Chigwell and his colleague cut a new loft hatch for me, finished it beautifully, fitted my ladder, added a light in the loft and then, out of sheer kindness, sorted out a problem with a toilet! Hamid put up patiently with my inability to be at home for the quote and offered lots of times when he could come. The quote was very fair and he explained everything that he would do very clearly. He is extremely well organised, emails and text messages meant I always understood what was happening. The new loft hatch looks really good and Hamid spent time explaining how the ladder worked and how to use it correctly. I'm really pleased with the work and the punctual, tidy, professional and skilled job that Hamid and his colleague have done means I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Access4Lofts Chigwell.

Hamid came on time at 10am and firstly explained the works and how he would proceed . Everything was explained and a few hours later my loft ladder and catch were completed to a very high standard . The price quoted was very competitive . I would highly recommend the company .

From the first phone call to completion everything went smoothly. Hamid clearly explained what needed doing and what didn't - saving me a lot of money in the process. The positioning of the loft meant that installing a telescopic loft ladder was far from straightforward. Fortunately, Hamid knew exactly what he was doing, and went the extra mile to make it work. Once the job was done, he took the time to demonstrate how to operate the ladder - and made sure I was able to do it by myself. Hamid did a great job and I have no hesitation in recommending him.
