Ricardo arrived on time to assess the job and provided a comprehensive quote by email after explaining the processes and materials that would be used. He was at all times professional and polite, well turned out and equipped to do the work. He had all the tools and parts needed to enable him to work without interruption once started. The work was completed in the time quoted, all cleared and tidied in spite of the adverse weather at the time. One of my better experiences in engaging someone to work on my house.

Ricardo completed the work to an extremely high standard and we are delighted with it. He was polite, friendly and professional and it was abundantly clear that he takes great pride in his work. Ricardo was punctual, and very tidy both during his work and at the end of each day. He was able to fit us in at short notice following a house move and he worked extra hours to ensure that the job was completed on time. Ricardo is an extremely nice, polite, hardworking person who has, after 8 years of living in this property, enabled this 60-year-old woman access to the loft for the first time! The loft hatch is easy to open and close. The steps, with deep treads and hand rails, are sturdy but not heavy. Would thoroughly recommend.

I am extremely pleased with the job Ricardo did in my loft. He enlarged the hatch, fitted new hatch door, ladder, new boarding, lights and lined the roof. It is now a lovely clean useable space and has almost certainly added value to my property and I can’t wait to fill it! From the initial site visit through to the final explanation of how everything worked Ricardo was polite, courteous and very respectful of my property. He covered everywhere up and hovered numerous times. I could not fault the service or work carried out. The quality of work and service was second to none. The process from the quote to the work being being done was easy and everything explained. Mats were placed over the carpets by Ricardo who left not one spec of rubbish or dirt. Ricardo enlarged the loft opening and fitted a new door and a sturdier loft ladder. He was really organised and efficient from start to finish. He was always willing to answer any queries in a personable cheerful manner. I was particularly impressed with the care he took to protect carpets and to clear away dust when the work was completed. He even found time to paint prime the new loft door which was a great help to me.

I cannot fault the way Ricardo carried out the loft ladder replacement and the professionalism that he displayed at all times. The job was completed without fuss and the little mess that was created was cleaned up and left spotless. He is polite and courteous and was respectful of my home, even taking time to cover his shoes to protect carpets when entering.
