Alan was absolutely first class from start to finish. Punctual for the quote which was upfront and honest about what we needed. Quote was very competitive. He arrived promptly on installation day, worked without lunch in sweltering conditions, did a fantastic job and tidied everything away with a minimum of fuss. Acccess4Lofts Crewe were excellent to work with. I requested a quote through the website and was contacted within 2 business days to arrange a time for Alan to come and view the loft, and explain the options. Once the order was confirmed, Alan arrived early on the day of installation, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I will use Acccess4Lofts Crewe again if I want to extend the boarding in the loft to cover a larger area. The pricing was also competitive.

Alan did a great job today, highly recommend, I've done 2 loft boardings myself, and it wasn't easy. This job needed elevation, and I wasn't willing to take it on. The materials are expensive, and I think I got a job well done at a reasonable price

From start to finish, Alan was very professional. He came round to quote within 24 hrs of me contacting him. From a recommendation, I may add. And from there, the job in my loft went very smoothly. Arranged for Access4Loft to quote for the install of a new loft ladder at short notice. The quote proved was very reasonable for the work that needed to done. Alan came within 2 weeks to fit the new ladder, exactly what we wanted. He gave good advice on the type of loft ladder, boarding, shelving. The work took only a morning to be finished. The work was arranged for Tuesday 2-04-2025 at 8.30 by 10.00am no one had arrived so we phoned to be told we are sorry but we have the days mixed up we need to do it now on Wednesday. The work was started on time ,however the loft ladder fitted is inferior to the one listed on the quote as far as there is no hand rail fitted and the steps are not none slip. The work was not left as we were initially told as you would not see any gaps around the new lft hatch when we mentioned this we were told he had no beeading with him and we would have to fill it ourselves which is dissappointing considering the cost involved.
