Arranged for Access4Loft to quote for the install of a new loft ladder at short notice. The quote proved was very reasonable for the work that needed to done. Alan came within 2 weeks to fit the new ladder, exactly what we wanted. He gave good advice on the type of loft ladder, boarding, shelving. The work took only a morning to be finished. Alan just got on with job in hand Overall, we are very pleased with the loft ladder install and the service that we received from Access4Lofts. . The work was arranged for Tuesday 2-04-2025 at 8.30 by 10.00am no one had arrived so we phoned to be told we are sorry but we have the days mixed up we need to do it now on Wednesday. The work was started on time ,however the loft ladder fitted is inferior to the one listed on the quote as far as there is no hand rail fitted and the steps are not none slip. The work was not left as we were initially told as you would not see any gaps around the new lft hatch when we mentioned this we were told he had no beeading with him and we would have to fill it ourselves which is dissappointing considering the cost involved.

I requested a quote from Alan at Access4lofts Crewe, to relocate the existing loft hatch and install a loft ladder. Alan provided a quote and timescale for how long the work would take. Alan completed the work to a high standard and in the timescale stated. Following on from the loft hatch relocation, Alan was asked to quote for partially boarding the loft space. Again, the work was completed to a high standard and in the timescale stated. Alan tidied up after himself on both occasions, ensured I understood how to use the loft ladder correctly and checked if I had any questions before leaving.

I arranged to have my loft boarded a few weeks ago. Alan came out to carry out a survey and provide a quote. The quote was good value for money and was a fixed price. Alan arrived in time on the day and was very friendly. Sheets were put down on the carpet to minimise the mess and work began. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and I was provided with a demonstration. So far, I am very pleased with the outcome.
