Access4Lofts fitted loft ladder new hatch and part boarded loft space , they arrived on time on the day specified very respectful of my property started work immediately Alan told me it would take half a day and that’s exactly what it took asked me to inspect the work before I payed . Very professional job cleaned everything up after them . May not be the cheapest but you pay for a job well done.

We needed our loft boarding and shelving installed after relocating back to Cheshire and moving to a new house. We contacted Alan having read a few online recommendations, he came round within a couple of days. The quote was competitive. They turned up when they said they would and the job was completed the same day. It has been an amazing transformation, loads of storage space. He also did a safety repair on the loft ladder and hatch at no charge. Would recommend.

We contacted Alan about some work in our loft space, he promptly replied and came out to give us a quote. We were happy with the quote and Alan gave us a date which was very quick we were expecting a wait but this wasn’t the case. Alan and Kamil came yesterday to board a section, give us a new light and loft hatch with ladders. The work carried out was to an excellent standard and both were very tidy and courteous, anybody wishing to use Alan please don’t hesitate we would 100% recommend them in fact we are going to get another section done at a later date.

Work undertaken with the minimum of disruption and the house left tidy, with off cuts of wood bagged up for easy disposal. Standard of workmanship second to none. Very pleased with my new loft.

Alan and his assistant installed boarding, access ladder and lighting in my loft on 9th April 2024. They were punctual, efficient and did an excellent job. Very neat and tidy too. Totally satisfied with the quality of the work and materials and would 100% recommend their services.

After initial phone call, Alan came round and I explained what I required, He explained that I would need a replacement hatch, a ladder as well as the boarding out. Because the price list is available online, I had a good idea. (except for the hatch) what the price would be. Price agreed and a date to carry out the work booked. Arrived on time, did an excellent job with new hatch and boarding out, A small issue with the ladder, but we agreed to install that a couple of days later. Very pleased with the end result

Really pleased with the look and feel of the loft ladder Alan fitted. Makes the ceiling on the landing look so much better and no more lugging steps up the stairs and scratching the paintwork, muvh safer too. Alan arrived on time did what he promised in a friendly, professional way. Thanks Alan.

Very pleased with the work carried out this morning by Alan O`Connor and his assistant this morning from Access4Lofts. The work was carried out on the scheduled day only a month after placing the order and in line with the quotation given. One or two extras were thrown in at no extra charge. A thoroughly professional job.

Access4Lofts recently lifted and removed some older existing flooring and supplied and fitted boarding on a floating floor. They also topped up insulation under the new raised floor. The work was completed quickly as agreed and was of a high standard. There was no mess and we were delighted with the very professional approach from start to finish. Communication was excellent and Mr O’Connor and his son arrived promptly (having advised us that they might be early). They were polite and respectful and we would highly recommend them.

I contacted Access4Lofts to explore the possibility of installing a loft ladder in our garage - the house being a dormer bungalow, the loft space above the garage was the only possibility, and we desperately needed the additional storage space. Alan arrived promptly, surveyed the space and explained in detail the different approaches he might take. He recommended a particular layout which would maximise the usable space in the loft - a wooden folding ladder attached to the hatch into the loft, which would need to be extended. He arrived promptly at the day and time agreed, and had completed the work in an hour and a half. The ladder system worked like a dream. We now have a clean, dry storage space to which we have safe access via a sturdy ladder with wide treads. - an important consideration as my wife and I are in our late seventies. To sum up: I would have no hesitation in recommending Alan O'Connor of Access4lofts. He was courteous and pleasant, as was his colleague, he explained everything clearly, and finished the work to a very high standard. Complete satisfaction, to the agreed timetable and budget, and thoroughly profession throughout.

Came when he said ,fitted me in so I was not left waiting for weeks . Very good workmanship ,a very good and neat job . I will now be able to use my loft properly ,since it was first built . It is also much safer to use now as the original ladder as installed by the house builder was not really fit for purpose , even my wife now feels safe on the wooden ladder , a much better job .

Alan was great from start to finish. He came out to provide a quote quickly and emailed the quote across promptly along with a video to demonstrate the product. Once booked in communication was great, I had a text reminder the day before which was great and a call the morning of the fitting to let me know he was 30 mins away. They worked efficiently and got the job done quickly to a great standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Our loft has been fitted with a loft ladder, part boarded and shelved. We are extremely pleased with the results. The work was of a high standard, done on the agreed date at the specified time. Alan and his colleague were friendly, polite, helpful, respectful, clean and tidy. They worked extremely hard and put covers down on the floor areas they needed to access our loft. Alan showed us how the ladder worked and told us about the guarantee. From the quote to the finished job the communication was good and we even received a text reminder the day before the fitting about our appointment. The price was as on our quotation. We recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

The job was that of fitting a loft ladder and flooring the entire centre section of the loft. This was done to the agreed schedule and budget. They took great care to cover the hall and stairs with dust sheets and vacuumed everywhere when they had finished. From the initial assessment of what needed to be done I felt confident that they would do a good job and am extremely pleased with the loft and ladders now it has been fitted. Alan was very helpful in scheduling the work so quickly following the provision of his estimate and as I say I am very pleased with the job he has done.

I selected Alan from a supplier list of around 3-4 because of his friendly approach to the quotation process, and to his ability to price match and he explained clearly what would happen and sent me video demonstration so I could see what I would be getting from a wooden ladder as a replacement for my metal ladder that was breaking. On the day of the work Alan and his colleague arrived early and worked efficiently to complete the job in just under 3 hours.
