Came on day and time two lads very polite did the job in half a day very neat and tidy. Explained how to work the ladder well pleased, after hours service very good too.

I had a new loft hatchback and ladder fitted. Floor boards fitted in a large loft area with extra insulation and protective sheets cover roof. They even arranged the electrician who fitted a batten light with switch. He was lovely too. Work was completed in scheduled time and they were so tidy and polite. Had an explanation on how hatch and ladder work and they give time for you to check you are happy with everything before they leave. From quote to finish. I thought they were professional and soft sell and let me make my own choices as to what I wanted with helpful advice. Very good company.

Fitter very friendly, but a quick sweep up of saw dust would have been appreciated on completion. The work was fine but with a few disappointing details. Boarding fitted. Only 5m2 as opposed to original 8m2 as original quote visit had not spotted large boiler flu pipe under insulation. When I went up after the job was completed this pipe was no longer covered with insulation. I have ordered a roll of insulation to replace this. Sadly. there was poor quality cutting out of boarding around the light fitting. I cannot upload a photo of this. On questioning Hardy, I was told that I could have asked an electrician to move the light fitting but I think the position of fitting could have been marked on board and then more neatly cut out. Moving the light switch was not suggested at original quote as far as I'm aware. There was no apology given for quality, but a visit to assess work was offered. I decided not to proceed with this and will leave as is. I deducted £60 from final invoice and this was kindly accepted.

Hardeep and his team completed work on the loft yesterday and it is excellent, very happy with the workmanship. They were polite and tidy with little disruption to us. Would recommend.

Fitter was polite, worked efficiently, did an excellent job and explained & demonstrated the operation of the end product.

The whole process from initial contact to installation was completed within two weeks. The people I dealt with were professional and polite. The installation went as planned and the house was left clean and tidy. The vehicle which arrived clearly showed the company name and and it's activities. It was also clean and in excellent condition - all very professional. I am a satisfied customer.

Excellent service all round, were quick to get round and provide a quote and within the week the loft flooring was down along with a loft ladder and lighting. It took about 6 hours to do, the gentleman doing to the job kept everything clean and tidy. He showed us how everything worked and was very polite and professional. We are very happy with the work done!
