My name is Mark and I’m your Doncaster based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Mark arrived on time and worked continually until the job was completed. All completed in one day. This consisted of a new loft hatch and ladder, loft insulation and boarding. I was very pleased with the work that he did and it looks great. He explained how to use the ladder safely and also sent a safety video. From the first visit by Jamie for the quote to the job being completed, the customer experience has been very good. Works carried out for partial loft boarding, full insulation & loft hatch & ladder fitting. Jamie is knowledgeable & friendly, explaining the work clearly, & clear instructions for how the loft ladder works, along with an instruction video. I had just moved to Thorne and needed to have my loft insulated and needed more storage. Mark was brilliant. During the quote he explained everything to me about how much insulation to have and even said I didn’t need the whole loft boarded out. His advice was based on what was right for me not more money for the company. It was a complex hatch due to space and when I explained I was worried about my weight and large size Mark sensitively explained which ladders were best and made this into a non issue. On installation day I hardly knew he was there, he just got on with it and best of all was the clean up which let’s be honest is usually a bit questionable with any tradesman! It’s was absolutely spotless after he was finished. I cannot recommend this company enough,

This is the 2nd time we have used Mark in our property. Once again we were delighted. He has provided the high level of work ship in what was a difficult loft boarding. He provided a L shape piece of boarding from the loft hatch round to the top of the shower in our en-suite. The longest piece of boarding was in an area close to the eves of the house. He surveyed the job and provided and a reasonable quote. He spent 3 arduous hours proving the boarding so a shower cold be fitted in the en-suite. The work was competed to a high standard and even the shower fitted who represents a major company said how delighted he was with the boarding as made his job safe. The whole job came in on quote. Mark himself is a very professional worker with a very friendly manner and take a huge degree of pride in the work he does.

I decided I would like my loft to be boarded out and a stronger stepladder added. I saw an advert for access4lofts with a good price so I messaged him. He got back to me straight away and asked if I would like him to come and give me a quote which I did. He came out to the house at the said time and date and had a good look round the attic describing what he could do and what I wanted him to do. He then emailed me a price and I agreed to it. The date was set He arrived on time and set down dust sheets and immediately started work. He was finished about 6 hours later and showed me what he had done. Perfect. Very happy

We had Mark visit to fit a raised loft platform and top up the insulation by 200mm. He turned up on time, worked very hard to ensure the job was completed in 1 day. He left the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Mark from Access4lofts - Doncaster!
