Highly recommend, everything was perfect Mark was on time and worked constantly to get the job done and even hoovered up afterwards. I’ve already spoken to friends about Marks service and i know one of them will be call to have his loft done.

Our loft was boarded out, with new insulation, shelving, light, ladder and new hatch. All completed in a few hours, with no mess. Mark was very efficient, helpful and courteous, we were very happy with results.

I decided I would like my loft to be boarded out and a stronger stepladder added. I saw an advert for access4lofts with a good price so I messaged him. He got back to me straight away and asked if I would like him to come and give me a quote which I did. He came out to the house at the said time and date and had a good look round the attic describing what he could do and what I wanted him to do. He then emailed me a price and I agreed to it. The date was set He arrived on time and set down dust sheets and immediately started work. He was finished about 6 hours later and showed me what he had done. Perfect. Very happy

Make no bones about working in a very tight loft space installing loft insulation, boards and storage shelves is a test for most people. We had Mark visit to fit a raised loft platform and top up the insulation by 200mm. He turned up on time, worked very hard to ensure the job was completed in 1 day. He left the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Mark from Access4lofts - Doncaster!

Mark from access4lofts arrived on time,put dust sheets down,we had the loft boarded and a new loft hatch put in,and a wooden ladder also installed, he has done a fantastic job from start to finish, tidied everything up,and showed us the loft and how to use the loft hatch with the ladders ,we was happy with the quote and we got what we paid for, thanks again Mark kind regards gary.

Mark was very polite, efficient and informative. He gave us a quote and fitting date, e-mailing us a few days before and telephoned to say he was on his way and would be there within 20 minutes. He consulted us every step of the way with regard to the enlarging of the loft opening, the positioning of the ladders and hatch door. Overall Mark provided a very professional and high quality service with the minimum of disruption. He demonstrated how to operate the hatch opening and ladders with an emphasis on safety. We would recommend Mark 100%.

We received excellent service from Mark. He came on time to assess the job and was very clear about what could (and could not) be done and why. He saved us money overall by recommending that we upgrade our insulation before flooring the loft (thus saving VAT on the whole job) and also by suggesting a very cost-effective way of improving ventilation in the loft (an issue highlighted by our surveyor). On the day of installation, Mark and his assistant arrived exactly on time and worked consistently and thoroughly, were very considerate at all times and surprisingly quiet! The whole job was completed by early afternoon. They tidied up after themselves and then Mark demonstrated how our new loft ladder worked. We are extremely pleased with the finished job and would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone needing loft work done in the Doncaster area.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Mark. We kept in touch with dates and times to suit us. He called when he was on his way giving us enough notice to prepare for his arrival. The access to the loft is now much bigger than it was and the loft area boarded out is perfect for our storage. All done in a few hours and Mark left the work area clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Mark fitted a new loft hatch with a wooden ladder for us, as the old one was difficult to access and very small. Everything from the initial quote to the completion of work went exactly as it should have, overall very happy with the job and the price we paid. Loft hatch looks great, and the ladder works perfectly. He even tidied up afterwards (hoovered up so it was cleaner than it had been before!). Definitely happy to recommend in the future.

Excellent quality and service. I had double booked and was having solar panels installed at the same time as getting the loft ladder installed, Mark was able to work round this and gave a quality service and loft ladder installation. Highly recommended.
