Dale and his assistant arrived at a convenient time, worked efficiently and cleaned up immaculately. He explained how our new loft ladder works and made sure we understood the instructions. Our new loft hatch fits in well with the decoration of the room and he was careful to instal it so that it could be used easily. The boarding in the loft is exactly what we had specified and we are enjoying our extra storage space. Dale even fitted an extra step at the entrance to the attic so that we can access it more easily. This was particularly thoughtful for people of our age. All this was accomplished in half a day, as promised.

Dale and his colleague were excellent, and we're delighted with the work that was carried out. If we ever need anything else done to our loft, Dale will be the only person we contact. We would happily recommend them to anyone who is thinking of having work done to their loft.

From the minute Dale and Lewis arrived they were the most professional and nicest guys I have met. They spoke me through their plan and how the day would pan out communicating every step of the way. They just got on with the job and worked really well together. My instal included an extended loft hatch, install of a ladder and flooring. I was amazed how quickly the job was completed. Nothing was too much for these guys. On completion Dale spoke me through how to open the hatch and release the ladder also showing me the finished work up the loft. Loft hatch and ladder fitted with insulation and boards. Was completed within time scale with a reduction in price for less boards needed. Dale advised where boards were to go. No mess and Dale is a very pleasant person and communicative and he likes a Kit Kat.

Following a comprehensively itemised quote and agreement of date work to be carried out, Dale arrived and started work straight away. The loft hatch was being increased in size, a new hatch and ladder installed and an area of flooring put down. Area surrounding loft hatch was well protected against the mess of cutting lath and plaster, and all work was carried out neatly and cleanly. Delighted to finally have good access. Already considering extending the floored area! Would certainly recommend Dale.
