I am extremely happy with the work Dale provided. He and his co worker were polite, pleasant and made every effort to explain what would be happening. The loft ladder and hatch have been installed carefully and I have had no problem in using them. I would recommend this service to anyone.

It can be so daunting getting tradespeople in, and we have been pretty badly burned before, but Dale and his colleague really reinstilled our faith again! We couldn't be happier and no hesitation to fully recommend. Thanks again, Dale!

Dale and his colleague were a very professional team.They arrived on time and installed a new loft ladder with the minimum of disruption and within the time stated.Everything they did was explained to me and I am very pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

From the minute Dale and Lewis arrived they were the most professional and nicest guys I have met. They spoke me through their plan and how the day would pan out communicating every step of the way. They just got on with the job and worked really well together. My instal included an extended loft hatch, install of a ladder and flooring. I was amazed how quickly the job was completed. Nothing was too much for these guys. On completion Dale spoke me through how to open the hatch and release the ladder also showing me the finished work up the loft. Loft hatch and ladder fitted with insulation and boards. Was completed within time scale with a reduction in price for less boards needed. Dale advised where boards were to go. No mess and Dale is a very pleasant person and communicative and he likes a Kit Kat.

Following a comprehensively itemised quote and agreement of date work to be carried out, Dale arrived and started work straight away. The loft hatch was being increased in size, a new hatch and ladder installed and an area of flooring put down. Area surrounding loft hatch was well protected against the mess of cutting lath and plaster, and all work was carried out neatly and cleanly. Delighted to finally have good access. Already considering extending the floored area! Would certainly recommend Dale.

Everything went according to plan from the initial visit to view the potential job, sending us a quote, agreeing a date for the work then carrying out the work as agreed in an efficient and respectful manner.

Dale was lovely and did a great job of cleaning up after himself. My finial price was actually cheaper as Dale was able to reuse the existing loft insulation attached to the old hatch to fill in missing insulation so he took it off the price. I have deliberately left my review for several months due to past issues with quality of works done (not from Dale or Access4Lofts). The ladder, whilst being light weight, is still going strong despite a lot of use. Both the ladder and hatch are of good quality and I would definitely recommend Dale (and therefore Access4Lofts).
