My name is Dale and I’m your Edinburgh based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

From start to finish, we were pleased with the work completed in our loft. After we had made initial contact, Dale visited us to discuss our options and then provided a written quotation the same day. On the day of the installation, Dale and his colleague arrived on time and completed the work of laying boards, adding insulation, and installing a new ladder within less than a day. Before leaving, he showed us how to use the ladder and cleaned and hoovered up everything before leaving. We are very pleased with the end result and the extra storage space we have.

Dale responded to my initial enquiry on loft ladders very quickly and gave excellent advice. I chose the Deluxe model as it has spring-assisted movement and broad treads. Within 2 weeks, he returned to fit it, for which I was extremely grateful, as I needed quick access to the loft. I am delighted with the ladder and with the work Dale did. He showed great skill, making adaptations to the hatch and loft floor. It was a pleasure to have such a pleasant, positive young man working in the house. Dale replaced the unsuitable ladder that had been installed by a contractor who was not a specialist and which ultimately had broken due to being unsuitable. The ladder required was non-standard but Dale identified the correct type required. Dale and his colleague reported at the appointed date and time and were entirely courteous and helpful throughout. Dale carried out all work to my complete satisfaction. I am delighted with my new loft ladder. Nothing was any trouble and it was a pleasure having Dale carry out my loft ladder installation. I would have no hesitation to recommend Dale to anyone considering any loft ladder work.
