My name is Dale and I’m your Edinburgh based loft ladder installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.
I offer a free quotation service with no high pressure sales and better still I don’t blind you with science or give you an approximate price and then add on extras – all my quotes are followed up in writing the very next day and I provide a Lifetime Guarantee on all my work!

Great service, everything was explained thoroughly beforehand, during and after work was completed. Dale and Lewis came on time as arranged, floor covers laid and they both immediately started work, clear and precise on who is doing what tasks. Completed within the time frame stated. Work was completed to a high standard exactly as discussed. Another major reason I went with Dale there was no sales pressure to add more than we needed, just a simple new loft ladder and flooring. We are very pleased with end results. We now have a large easy to bring-down ladder with handrail and ample floored storage space ready to use.

From start to finish, we were pleased with the work completed in our loft. After we had made initial contact, Dale visited us to discuss our options and then provided a written quotation the same day. On the day of the installation, Dale and his colleague arrived on time and completed the work of laying boards, adding insulation, and installing a new ladder within less than a day. Before leaving, he showed us how to use the ladder and cleaned and hoovered up everything before leaving. We are very pleased with the end result and the extra storage space we have.

Dale and his assistant arrived at a convenient time, worked efficiently and cleaned up immaculately. He explained how our new loft ladder works and made sure we understood the instructions. Our new loft hatch fits in well with the decoration of the room and he was careful to instal it so that it could be used easily. The boarding in the loft is exactly what we had specified and we are enjoying our extra storage space. Dale even fitted an extra step at the entrance to the attic so that we can access it more easily. This was particularly thoughtful for people of our age. All this was accomplished in half a day, as promised.
