Access4Lofts did a fantastic job in laying a floor, installing lights and insulating my loft. The job was carried out professionally and swiftly by Tiago who was a very pleasant and helpful man. He lay down dust sheets in all areas where he was working and kept me informed of progress, showing me what was achieved at the end of each day. He arrived on time each day, worked quietly and cleaned up at the end of each day. I was amazed at the end result which surpassed my expectations. The price quoted was good and came with an addendum that any extra work which arose and needed completing during the course of the job, would be carried out at no extra cost to me. I was also given a lifetime guarantee. Overall I was very impressed and delighted with the end result.

Tiago was courteous and helpful on both visits. He explained all the options for installing a loft ladder and left videos on use to help us make the final choice. The price quoted was the price charged. He cleared up afterwards so you didn't know he'd been! He showed us how to work the loft ladder, emphasising the safety by hearing the clicks.
