My name is Nico and I’m your Exeter based loft ladder, loft hatch and loft boarding installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

As we had just moved to Exmouth we were looking for a good reliable company to board the loft and install a new ladder and light. Nico was recommended to us by a number of people. Nico's estimate was highly competitive. There was excellent communication with his office prior to the installation. He works alone, but was extremely efficient. He did an outstanding job boarding the loft and installing a loft ladder in our very old cottage. There was barely any mess or dust and he finished the job well within his 2 day estimate.
