Nico replaced my old loft hatch and ladder with a new and much more user friendly hatch and ladder. I'm delighted with the work completed, it's so easy to use. Nico did a fantastic job and after completion took the time to ensure that I could safely open the hatch and safely access the loft space. Thanks so much for a good job done!

Very straightforward communication, came to give free estimate and on acceptance we confirmed a date for the work which was stuck to. Turned up exactly as promised, the work requested was done to an excellent standard and the house was left clean and tidy when the job was finished. More than happy to recommend to anybody.

We were very impressed by Nico and the installation he carried out in our loft on 12 / 13 April. From Nico's initial visit, end of last year, through to installation we were kept fully informed. We would thoroughly recommend.

Nico's work and attention to detail proved excellent throughout. At the initial survey he advised on the options available and what was practicable. When fitting the loft ladder Nico arrived on time, laid down dust sheets, and worked with great care and without fuss. The installation was completed to a high standard. We are very pleased with the outcome. He explained the mechanics of the ladder before leaving, and an information sheet was also e-mailed through with all instructions. I would recommend Nico and his quality of work very strongly. He made a difficult job look straightforward.

Nico was extremely professional at all times. He arrived on time to review our requirements. He gave helpful advice and a definite date for installation, which was several months away. We were rather surprised that he could be so accurate, given the time scale. But our doubts were dismissed when he arrived on schedule and fitted our loft ladder with minimal disruption. He made the necessary adjustments to the hatchway and left everything very clean and tidy. We would recommend him very highly indeed. Nico was a lovely man and a very professional tradesman.

Nico was very professional. He arrived promptly and gave us a quote, showing us photos of all our options which really helped. When it came to fitting, he said it might take 2 days but he was finished in 1! Has transformed our loft space which we are delighted with, considering our housebuilder always said don't use your loft. Access4Lofts assured us it is all safe and doesn't invalidate your New Home warranty at all as their work is verified by the NHBC, which is perfect. Would highly recommend.

The trader made the initial visit as scheduled, gave careful advice and suggestions as to the work requested, and was up-front about the time scale in completing the installation. He arrived on time on the day promised and completed the work with the day including a demonstration of how to use the new ladder. His professionalism, already noted at the first visit, was confirmed. At all stages he was helpful, communicated with us when needed, and gave clear instructions on use. We are entirely satisfied with the work done and would recommend his services to anyone requiring similar work.

I was very impressed by the service provided from the initial contact right up to the work being completed. I was kept up to date at all times. The original quote provided was honoured despite there being a delay in having the work completed. Nico turned up on time on the date booked. He worked all day and managed to complete the work in one day rather than the day and a half suggested. He worked very efficiently and cleared up behind him as he went so there was no mess left at all. He explained everything to me including demonstrating how the new ladder worked. I will be recommending Nico to all my friends and family. I had a follow up email today enclosing booklets explaining everything and asking if I was happy with everything.
