My name is Nico and I’m your Exeter based loft ladder, loft hatch and loft boarding installation expert. I can help you utilise your loft space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions.
I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

We wanted our loft boarded, ladder access and light. I found Access4Lofts online and was impressed with their information and reviews. Nico was very knowledgeable and able to advise the options available to us and quote accordingly. We did have to wait several months for a date to have the work done due to their work schedule but it was worth the wait. Nico completed our loft yesterday and we are extremely pleased with what he has done. He is very respectful when in your home and gets on with the job taking great care to keep your home tidy. Great communication throughout from both Nico and Pat. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Nico's work and attention to detail proved excellent throughout. At the initial survey he advised on the options available and what was practicable. When fitting the loft ladder Nico arrived on time, laid down dust sheets, and worked with great care and without fuss. The installation was completed to a high standard. We are very pleased with the outcome. He explained the mechanics of the ladder before leaving, and an information sheet was also e-mailed through with all instructions. I would recommend Nico and his quality of work very strongly. He made a difficult job look straightforward.

Nico was extremely professional at all times. He arrived on time to review our requirements. He gave helpful advice and a definite date for installation, which was several months away. We were rather surprised that he could be so accurate, given the time scale. But our doubts were dismissed when he arrived on schedule and fitted our loft ladder with minimal disruption. He made the necessary adjustments to the hatchway and left everything very clean and tidy. We would recommend him very highly indeed. Nico was a lovely man and a very professional tradesman.
