I can install a loft ladder, loft hatch, loft boarding, insulate and even put in a light, often in just 1 day – no mess, no fuss, just easy access to all that lovely storage space.

Nico arrived at our home to fit a loft ladder for me in particular as I'm afraid of heights. He was good to his word and not only fitted a ladder but also a balustrade to hold onto safely when reaching the top and some boarding to make it safe to walk into the loft. All done very professionally. He showed us how to use all the equipment before he left and tidied everything up so well you wouldn't think he had been here We would highly recommend Nico and due to his expertise, he has helped me with my fear and reintroduced me to all my belongings stored in the roof!!

Nico arrived on time, he was Covid secure, laid down dust sheets on the floor to avoid making any mess. He was friendly and professional throughout. On completion he showed us how to use the new loft hatch and ladder, he also showed us the new boarded area of the loft. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nico to anyone. We are extremely satisfied with the finished result

From the price quoted to the completion of the work the service from Nico was excellent he arrived on time to fit a new hatch cover, loft ladder and boarded the loft floor. He put covers over any carpet he walked on He worked throughout the day in a covid secure way and carried out the work very efficiently. Once completed I was invited to inspect the work before he explained and demonstrated how the to use the ladder. He was polite and courteous at all times and left everything clean and tidy.

Nico came to fit a loft ladder, new hatch cover and a small area of boarding in the loft. He was very well mannered and informative ensuring that I was aware of the safety precautions he was taking with regard to Covid. Nico was efficient with his use of time and skilful at his work. Everything about our experience was perfect. Nico gave us a clear price upfront on his survey visit and followed up with prompt confirmation and continuing communication about the fitting day.
