We didn’t expect to be able to have a loft ladder fitted in our loft hatch, so was very surprised when Nico visited and showed us his recommendations, which we were happy to go ahead with. Good communication from the company. Nico was punctual, polite, clean & tidy and very professional. He protected the stairs, landing and bedroom carpets and cleaned up afterwards. When the job was completed he demonstrated how to use it. Well recommended.

A very welcome experience from a trusted trader and craftsman, from the initial quotation we have received a flawless level of contact both by e-mail and telephone. The level of care expressed by Nico to ensure every thing was spot on was very well appreciated. We had been recommended by an owner of a previous property who commented that she had wished she had used Access4Lofts earlier, when we moved to a property with no proper access to the loft area, we call on access to lofts and they have done a proper job. To say we are delighted is to say we are very pleased with Nico’s totally professional work, we now have a very useful loft area to store our out of season items and other bits and pieces.

I've had some trouble finding someone willing to actually tackle this job (promises, promises). Nico, by contrast, promptly arranged an efficient survey, demonstrated that he knew what he was talking about (i.e. what's allowed and what isn't), and was eager to fix a date to get to work. He was totally professional on the job, working intensively for long hours and taking every bit of detritus with him in his dust-sheets at the end of the day. Nico is a perfectionist at work, a cheerful guy with a welcome sense of humour, and is ready to explain what he is doing as he goes. I have the confidence of knowing that the job was completed to proper standards without corner-cutting and am very pleased with the result.

We have had a loft ladder & boarding fitted to our converted church residence. The work was professionally done from the moment they arrived till the moment they left. No mess left over the 2 days. Nico fitted a new hatch, loft ladder and boarded my large loft. The standard of work was excellent and speedily carried out. He was polite, pleasant and professional. I've never had a workman leave a job so spotless before, and I didn't have any mess whatsoever. The job took two days and I was expecting stuff left lying around until he returned the next day, but it was all cleaned up and put away before he left. I can't recommend him highly enough, and to say I'm pleased with the loft is an understatement.
