This is the second time we have engaged with Access4Lofts Glasgow North to install loft ladders, enlarged loft hatch, flooring and lighting. Graeme and the team have delivered again on workmanship, programme, budget and communication. We have recommended to friends and family in the past and will continue to do so.

The service we received was outstanding from the first contact when we asked for a quote all the way through to installation and payment. In particular the diligence to communicating every step faultlessly. Graeme came out to give a quote and he measured up and talked me through the styles of ladders and due to the hatch size guided us in the right direction for the hatch insulation and locks. In particular we were looking for a quality ladder with grip. The smooth operation was also essential as our old one rattled and was extremely difficult to pull down. We received the quote and was given an installation date to suit our needs. On installation day Graeme and Steven arrived at the time they said they would and ensured all the hall and porch carpets were covered for protection. It seemed a good installation and once completed Graeme conducted the necessary training for future operation. We were delighted with the day and the outcome. A very professional job indeed. I would not hesitate to recommend Graeme and his company to undertake work on similar installations and if any of our friends need this type of work done we will certainly promote Graeme and pass on his details.

Firm were prompt, professional and did an excellent job which included installation of a new hatch and ladder and flooring of the loft space. Very pleased with the work. Cleaned up after themselves and took time to explain how everything operated. Nice friendly guys too. Highly recommended.

We are delighted with the removal of our old loft hatch and installation of new hatch with pull-down ladders. Excellent service all round from Graeme and Stevie. Very reliable, both arrived on time for inspection and installation. Work carried out promptly and Stevie cleared up, leaving no mess. Highly recommended.

Graeme and his colleague were friendly and helpful, accommodating to the fact that we had an extension which was more difficult to get into to insulate than the main roofspace. Sensibly they did this first, before the rest of the roofspace. They worked very hard and the work was very well done, and to budget. We would recommend them one hundred percent.

Service from contacting the company, surveyor attending and the carpenter who completed the works were second to none. Very professional and such nice people. Attended at my home on the days and times arranged. My loft ladders are great, they are so good that my brother-in-law is having then installed at his home on 29 June, he is also having his loft floored too. I would certainly recommend the company.

We were impressed with the professional attitude and approach from our first encounter, getting the survey and quote. The work was done efficiently and everything left in good order. We are very satisfied with it all.
