Really impressed with the work and service Graeme did on our Attic. It has made it really useful and clean space to use now. Before work started there were clear emails detailing a breakdown of the work and price. He called before hand to confirm appointment times and arrived on time. We have small children in the house and I appreciated how tidy they were with materials and rubbish clean up.

Graeme arrived on time and covered the floor to protect it. Very tidy worker. Blocked up old loft hatch with the plasterboard from the area of the new loft hatch. Fitted new loft hatch and installed loft ladder and cleaned up. Then explained safety aspects of the ladder. A couple of days later I found the ladder a bit steep. Contacted Graeme and he came out and made a slight adjustment to suit me. Very pleased with the work and would definitely recommended him to anyone looking for similar work.

Graeme offers a fantastic service from start to finish. We contacted Access4Lofts as our existing loft hatch wasn’t fit for purpose. Graeme came to our house and carried out a survey, offering us advice and the options open to us. We agreed on the recommended loft hatch relocation, ladders and lid and Graeme booked our appointment. Today, Graeme and his colleague arrived, on time, to the minute. They prepped the house with carpet protection and dust sheets. They were quick and left absolutely no mess. We were given a safety demonstration on how to access the loft and use the ladders. Access4Lofts reinsulated my loft, boarded part of the loft area and replaced the loft hatch. They protected my brand new carpet very thoroughly during the work and left everything clean and tidy. They made sure I was happy with all the work, and when I spotted something the next day, that I had not noticed before, they were very quick to respond to my email message, and came out within 2 days to sort it out. All very friendly and polite at all times. So I'm very happy to recommend this company.

Graeme was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process of having a new loft ladder fitted. He arrived when he said he would, explained everything and gave me an accurate estimate for the work needed without any pressure. The work was carried out in the same efficient manner, on the day which was agreed, making sure I knew how it all worked before leaving. I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Loft ladder was installed to the agreed schedule and budget - extra work was needed but original budget was honoured. Team turned up on time, protected fixtures & fittings and work area was left spotless on completion of work. They showed me how to operate the loft ladder safely. Required access expanded, new loft hatch, some flooring and shelving. Contacted Graeme and arranged time and date for initial inspection visit. He arrived on time and spent 45 minutes thoroughly examining the loft in relation to the work I wanted done. He told me what could be done and what was not possible. There is a large cold water tank in my loft and numerous roof beams which limited the renovations that could be carried out - Graeme explained these limitations in full and also advised on the best ladders and new hatch as per my demands. He gave a quote and date for the work. He also emailed a detailed quote to me. The price was extremely reasonable so I agreed that work should proceed. Graeme and his colleague arrived by 8 am on the date agreed. They laid covers all over their workspace and work was completed by lunchtime. The quality of the work is excellent. They took all refuse away with them and left my hall in spotless condition. Graeme explained how to open and close hatch and how to use the new ladders safely. He also asked me to inspect the new flooring and shelving. The work was faultless! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I hired Access4Lofts to floor my loft, install access loft ladders and internal LED lighting in my loft. I have to say their workmanship was impeccable. From the offset they appeared with appropriate PPE, lay flooring and dust sheets to protect my carpets. They left my house and the loft immaculate. On completion Graeme fully explained how to use the ladders to access my loft and equipment he used to raise the boards to floor the loft etc. Really lovely guys. My front door had a little creak and he even oiled this. Lol! I would absolutely have no problem recommending this company to anyone.

From the word go Graeme was so professional and helpful, provided different options as my loft is really low, arrived bang on time agreed and work was carried out efficiently and so tidy afterwards! I contacted Graeme for a quote to floor the full loft and put up shelving. I received a quick response to my email and Graeme came out to measure up at my earliest convenience. The quote I received was detailed and broke down each individual cost. Graeme was very professional and answered all my questions before I booked a date for the fitting.
