I was pleased with the overall service from initiation to installation and completion. All responses were clear and prompt and the final product agreed was good value for money. The installation team of John, John and David were spot on time, very polite and helpful and completed the work in my lofts ahead of schedule. After completion they removed all protective coverings etc and hoovered the staircase, landings and lofts. Finally explained the use of the new ladders etc. Very well done all round. I phoned to enquire about a no obligation quote, woman on the phone noted my details and Michael contacted me the next day to arrange a time and date, he arrived as agreed, i have a large loft space so Michael with being asked quoted 3 different options, the next day i called to book the installation, again a time and date was agreed and once again the guys doing the install turned up as arranged. The installation guys straight away placed floor coverings from the front door to the loft hatch, when the work was done they cleared everything up and even hoovered, i was then given a demonstration on how my new ladder and hatch should be operated and shown the completed work. I could not be happier, i now have 19m2 of new storage space, and the quality of the work is top notch, all of this also comes with a lifetime guarantee which i'm sure won't really be required if maintained properly. Overall i am delighted, the job from start to finish was to the highest order of professionalism, and considering all the materials and labour i would say it was a fantastic bargain. If i had a second loft i would have that done too.

The initial consultation was really helpful and gave us options to include shelving which was great as we hadn’t considered that. Quotes clear and follow up was always timely. The guys who came to do the installation were very professional and friendly and respected our property. We had the loft in our newbuild floored and ladders installed - work was all done to a high standard and it’s made an amazing amount of extra room for storage in what was essentially wasted space. Communication was great throughout too, from asking for a quote to getting the work done and then checking was happy after. Would highly recommend Access4Lofts Glasgow South!

Wonderful service from quote to completion. Michael helped us decide what the work should entail with excellent and pertinent safety advice (particularly for us pensioners). The subsequent quote was very competitive. Once we accepted the quote, we agreed a suitable date with Michael who outlined how he would proceed and gave us a time slot in which he would complete the work. On the day, he was exact not only with his timing but with the quality of work, materials and care of our property. When finished, I was given the opportunity to inspect our new loft hatch and ladder and given a run down on the operation. My wife and I are delighted with it and also with the removal and disposal of the old eyesore which it replaced. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and this team, they were excellent.
