A friendly and professional business that helps utilise wasted space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions. Creating space for all your needs.
We will help to advise with what is most suitable for you, we are not pushy in anyway and do not do a 'hard sell'.
We can supply and fit loft boarding (done properly and not straight onto joists), ladders (a variety of choice available), hatches (ply or uPVC), lighting (wired or battery), insulation (floor and wall), shelving (redwood timber, not chipboard). We will leave no mess. Some ladders are guaranteed for 25 years and all of our work has a minimum of 5 year guarantee.
All quotes are non obligation. We cover Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Ayrshire.

Excellent firm to deal with. Great communication with Michael. Both he and his co-worker were very pleasant and worked hard, making and fitting a loft hatch. They did a great job and cleared up really well, leaving no mess. They had covered and protected the stair and landing carpets and the entrance. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would use them again.

We recently had access 4 lofts fit a new hatch and ladder along with some flooring in the loft and the complete loft area topped up with insulation, Michael visited initially to survey the job and then provide a detailed costing for the entire project , following that two of his team { sorry did not catch the guys names } attended exactly when was agreed and did a very professional job the two fitters were very polite and informative and even went beyond by emptying some old flooring boards and bits and pieces that were up in the loft and stacked them away in my garage, they had covered all the stairs and carpets with dust sheets and cleared up everything and even hoovering up any debris , 1st class.

I was very impressed with Access4lofts responsiveness to my initial enquiry and how quickly the arranged the original measure and and quote. The guys arrived at the prearranged time, with dust sheets under arms and ready to get going. They did an excellent job and left the hallway tidy when they were finished. The also made sure to use dust sheets to protect the carpet and to make sure I knew how to safely use the ladder. Would highly recommend!

Michael and his worker arrived at the agreed time. They immediately covered all my carpets and started the work. I now have a lovely new loft hatch which can be opened easily with a pole, prior to this I had to climb a ladder and push the loft hatch up. The work carried out was excellent and the materials used are a very high quality. I would not hesitate in recommending Michael and his team, their workmanship was perfect, no mess and the price was excellent. A brilliant job.

Excellent all round. New loft hatch and ladder plus easy light switch and some great shelving giving much more space than i had anticipated. Work completed quite quickly with no mess and then great explanation of how the ladder system worked. I would highly recommend this company.
