A friendly and professional business that helps utilise wasted space by providing quick, easy and affordable loft access and storage solutions. Creating space for all your needs.
We will help to advise with what is most suitable for you, we are not pushy in anyway and do not do a 'hard sell'.
We can supply and fit loft boarding (done properly and not straight onto joists), ladders (a variety of choice available), hatches (ply or uPVC), lighting (wired or battery), insulation (floor and wall), shelving (redwood timber, not chipboard). We will leave no mess. Some ladders are guaranteed for 25 years and all of our work has a minimum of 5 year guarantee.
All quotes are non obligation. We cover Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Ayrshire.

Great service and work completed on the day agreed. Engineer explained the process of the install before starting and answered any questions I had. Showed how the loft ladders worked, lighting and walked through the loft layout once completed. Dust sheets used and cleaned and tided up after the install.

From the moment I contacted Access4lofts I was so impressed by the professionalism and the care taken to discuss and explain the work we had requested. Communication was excellent and on the day, the work was completed brilliantly. I am so impressed by the work and would recommend Access4 Lofts Glasgow South to anyone. The space created in our loft is fantastic and additional storage shelving is fabulous. In addition, the team made our existing loft ladder more stable and secure by adding a spring to the ladder. Highly recommend!

5 star! Quick, professional friendly service
From start to finish this job was brilliant. Michael Barrett came to our house the day after we contacted Access4Lofts. He gave us an excellent quote to have the loft floored and installing loft ladders and we arranged the date for the job to be done 3 weeks later. The workmen came right on time, and were very professional and friendly. All the carpets were covered with dust sheets. Everything was tidied up as soon as they were finished and Winston (one of the workmen) showed us how to operate the loft ladder. This was a fantastic service and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Operatives arrived on time, explained their job and checked this was what had been ordered. They were tidy and efficient, made very little mess which was captured by dust sheets then tidied and vacuumed when finished. Very pleased with the re-located loft access, ladder and flooring. Recommended.

Can't speak highly enough about discussions pertaining to replacing the old outdated hatch and loft ladder. The eventual job was completed quickly, promptly and completely to our satisfaction. We are now able to enter our loft with the minimum of fuss - which is more than how it was before !!

Excellent service from initial enquiry through to install, they were professional, friendly and very tidy. They were very tidy, laying down sheets and mats. They also had their own hoover and tidied up after themselves, you would never of known they had been, except for the lovely new loft hatch and ladder we now have. I would highly recommend them.

From Michael's initial visit and prompt Quotation at an affordable price, it has been a pleasure to work with this company. I had brilliant communication prior to Winston's arrival bang on time and he immediately carefully and respectfully laid plenty dust sheets to protect my carpets. He was so friendly, hard working, efficient, tidy and it was a delight to have him in my house to fit my lovely new loft hatch & access ladder. It was great to see a tradesman so happy in his work and keen to do a good job. He made a first-class job of fitting my new access ladder and loft shelving and he then patiently demonstrated how to operate the ladder. I would highly recommend anyone who needs this type of work done to look no further than this company.

Michael came out after I'd had 2 other quotes. 1 had hugely over quoted, the other I was struggling to communicate with. He came in and gave me a great quote within a quick time. Once agreed we settled on an installation date, he then quickly organised delivery of the insulation. On the day John and Winston came out and fitted the insulation. They are lovely guys who worked extremely hard on a very warm day. I can't recommend this company enough. Head and shoulders above anyone else I deal with.

From first contact too completion of job it was first class. Meeting Michael at my property he gave me a complete rundown on what services and prices he could supply. He was transparent at all times and price he quoted said would not change. Agreed the following day when work would be carried out. Two men arrived on the day,at precisely the time said New loft hatch,ladder, insulation and flooring plus lighting was completed in one day. Totally professional and left a clean job even hoovered after themselves. So no complaints and have recommended to neighbours.
