Can't speak highly enough about discussions pertaining to replacing the old outdated hatch and loft ladder. The eventual job was completed quickly, promptly and completely to our satisfaction. We are now able to enter our loft with the minimum of fuss - which is more than how it was before !!

Excellent service from initial enquiry through to install, they were professional, friendly and very tidy. They were very tidy, laying down sheets and mats. They also had their own hoover and tidied up after themselves, you would never of known they had been, except for the lovely new loft hatch and ladder we now have. I would highly recommend them.

I had brilliant communication prior to Winston's arrival bang on time and he immediately carefully and respectfully laid plenty dust sheets to protect my carpets. He was so friendly, hard working, efficient, tidy and it was a delight to have him in my house to fit my lovely new loft hatch & access ladder. It was great to see a tradesman so happy in his work and keen to do a good job. He made a first-class job of fitting my new access ladder and loft shelving and he then patiently demonstrated how to operate the ladder. Michael came out after I'd had 2 other quotes. 1 had hugely over quoted, the other I was struggling to communicate with. He came in and gave me a great quote within a quick time. Once agreed we settled on an installation date, he then quickly organised delivery of the insulation. On the day John and Winston came out and fitted the insulation. They are lovely guys who worked extremely hard on a very warm day. I can't recommend this company enough. Head and shoulders above anyone else I deal with.

I had a new loft hatch and ladders fitted by Access4lofts. The fitter turned up as agreed and done a first class job. Everything was cleaned and carpets hoovered before he left. I would definitely recommend this company.

From first contact too completion of job it was first class. Meeting Michael at my property he gave me a complete rundown on what services and prices he could supply. He was transparent at all times and price he quoted said would not change. Agreed the following day when work would be carried out. Two men arrived on the day,at precisely the time said New loft hatch,ladder, insulation and flooring plus lighting was completed in one day. Totally professional and left a clean job even hoovered after themselves. So no complaints and have recommended to neighbours.

I can't praise Access4Lofts highly enough. Michael, who came out to provide the quote, explained everything well. John, who carried out the work, was such a hard worker. I think removing the existing boards was a bigger job than anticipated, yet he did so cheerfully, even putting them in the boot of my car so that I could take them to the recycling centre. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and to my complete satisfaction and both men were respectful of me and my property. I only wish I'd done it years ago! A nice touch was the voucher for my neighbour who had recommended the company to me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Access4Lofts.

Had loft insulation fitted after recommendation from neighbour who had them do work for her. Survey was done and then very reasonable price given. Workman arrived exactly on time and carried out the job quickly and efficiently removing all packaging for disposal and vacuuming up any dust and debris. We are very satisfied with the work and can highly recommend this company

I was looking to get my loft fully boarded (only partially boarded). I saw the van at a neighbours and filled out the online form. I received a call around 2 hours later and Michael came out that afternoon to quote for the work. 2 options were quoted, one considerably cheaper than what I’d asked for. I still decided to go with my original plan but it was refreshing to see a company not just chasing the money but giving genuine advice/options even if it meant less money for them. So from receiving a response to my enquiry, quoting for the job and the actual work being done I have nothing but praise for this company. They did quality work in the time they said they would and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them if you’re thinking of getting work done in your loft.

Very happy with the job. The workmen were very professional. They put dust sheets down before starting work and hoovered up when they were finished.
